I helped a 91 year old widow with a flat tire. I took the tire off and took it to Mavis in Graham North Carolina. Raphael found out that I had stopped to help a widow lady and told me that one good turn deserves another and didn’t even charge me to replace a valve still on the tire. it’s good to know that there are still decent people on this earth that have compassion on helpless widows.

Darius, one of the mechanic, was transparent and honest. He took me to the shop and showed me exactly what was wrong with the car. He explained to me what was normal and what was wrong. I had my oil changed this week and it was very fast and the person at the front desk was very kind and professional. They have free air for your tires right outside the front and one day a couple months ago I was having trouble with the machine working. one of the guys that works there saw me struggling, told me to pull over to the garage and very kindly filled the tires for me. I've had other work done and other oil changes over the last 4 years and I don't have any complaints at all. You can also go online and set up an appointment to make your visit a lot faster

Had a squeaking/grinding noise backing car up. Called Mavis, spoke to John trying to explain noise I was hearing. John told me to come in and they would look at it and give me a quote. Needed brake pads/rotors and also brake system flush. I approved the job and it was done while I waited. Shop is clean John was very polite and took me out to show me what the problem was before starting the job, as well pointing out that rec driver CV Axle and rec front and rear struts need replacing...and they will be doing that as well in the very near future. Very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend to others !

Today was my first day visiting Mavis Tires in Graham, I was looking for a last minute oil change and their 4.9 ⭐ previous reviews lead me to choose them for service. At first I was a little reluctant only because I could not find any service prices online or visible in the store, having been taking advantage of in the past from other service departments this made me a little skeptical... However, the team was absolutely amazing & very knowledgeable & helpful in explaining things they found that were concerning or that I should know about, they even took me to the back to show & explain things to me. They definitely went over & beyond with their customer service & that's rare these days. So I absolutely 💯 recommend them!!
