Called the service dep and spoke with a man. He gave me an estimate to replace 8 spark plugs and 8 coils. He said it would cost approximately $420 and worst case scenario $540 if all plugs are broken. I made an appt. Brought my truck in to have the 8 coils and 8 spark plugs replaced. I dropped the truck off @815am. At 10:05 they called me and we talked about the repair. I hung up and realized they did not state anything about the coils. So I called back by 10:10 and spoke with a woman at length letting her know that the truck was there to have all plugs and coils done for up to $540, not $420 for just spark plugs. The mechanic finally called me at 10:45 and said the job was done, and the woman had just given him the message. He told me the $420 was for the spark plugs only and the man that provided the original quote didn't notate in the computer it was for 8 spark plugs and 8 coils. The man who gave the over the phone quote and made the appointment was on vacation.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I was referred by a friend to this shop. My vehicle had been to numerous shops and still had a intermittent skip. Brought my car here for a flat repair. Was good service at a good price. But they backed my car into another customers car and never said a word about it to me. I'm just peeved theat they didn't say "hey, we accidentally bumped your car into another car, sorry." Just pretend it didn't happen.. I cant say I would trust a business like that to do any more work on my vehicles. Really sucks cause this place is just down the road from me, and I thought they were better than that.

Only been here once, but so far impressed and very happy with them. Service advisor was easy to deal with and helped get me in when I needed service done. I think this review have some positives and some areas of opportunity. I called this business on a Monday to see if they could diagnose my suburban and they requested that the only time they had was a Thursday. I agreed. I got there(nice people) but they didn’t have me on the schedule. However , they fit me in. They determined I had a transmission problem and I had 2 options. Try a transmission flush which was $200 more than the dealership or replace transmission which they didn’t have a price for. I asked for them to call me with the transmission quote and they never called me back. Seems like they didn’t want my business.

Misty asked unnecessary questions like did I break down on the road.. Only to tell me they go by appointments only even with towed in cars.. so best they can do is ten days out to take a look at what might be wrong. This towing situation combined with this service places “questions” not even looking at it to diagnose so I might work on it is ridiculous. I guess I’ll find out in 10 days what might be wrong with my vehicle. All of this is making it difficult to get my vehicle back to Norfolk VA. Hopefully someone can look at it and maybe it’s a quick fix. Misty may need some coffee. Update: this shop is useless.. the battery terminals had some extra corrosion and needed to be brushed off good and the truck started.. the tow truck driver found this out!! No need to go here your tow truck driver may know more than this lot. Definitely individuals here that don’t want to work let alone be there. It’s a shame. Also still dropping my truck off at Duncan Exxon that is a business worth it. Matt is very knowledgeable and very helpful. If you don’t want help on your vehicle and a lot of excuses as to why they can’t help you and also don’t forget the useless questions from Misty, then this is the place for you.

Excellent service. I would recommend if you want to go please make an appointment before you go, so they can tell you what the availability is. But they will still try to accommodate you if you show up. But call ahead if you can. My car inspection was quick. I would recommend this business!!! My appointment was at 1:30 and I was out by 1:50 pm.
