Very disappointed! Horrible service ! I My car was showing a check engine light and I had it checked by this shop. I was told that the problem was an intake sensor and that I had to pay for parts upfront, which I did. I needed the car fixed so I can sell it urgently. The total for parts and labor was $980. After repairs were completed, Mike confirmed to me on the phone that check engine lights was gone. After I came down and paid the remaining balance, I was about to pull out. Then the lights popped. I told Mike and he asked the mechanic who worked on my car (Kenny) to check the car again. Kenny wouldn’t do so. He wouldn’t even answer me when I had to go to him and call him. They made me and my wife (who came to drop me off) wait for over half an hour and wouldn’t talk to us. I found Kenny very inconsiderate and, to the limit, disrespectful. I had to leave and come back the next day. On the next day, they still wouldn’t work on my car and wouldn’t tell me exactly why the engine light is still on!!! They never worked on my car ever since I paid them. I had to go get my car since some buyers insisted to to see it. It still has check engine light on and that’s sending away customers buyers. Mike is a cool guy, very conversational. But I came there for good service not for a good talk. I am very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.
