We discovered something in our tire, could not remove it, we were in the area of mavis tire so we went there, someone in the parking lot at Lowe’s said they were excellent. They removed the nail free of charge and said all was good, it had not damaged our tire. They were excellent and most helpful.

Stopped to check tire pressure as sensor kept showing low pressure in 1 tire. Staff had us pull in to service bay and after checking all tire pressures found that the sensors were not corresponding to the correct tires. They updated the sensors for all four tires and filled the one that was low. Friendly and fast service and we were on our way. Thank you to the great staff!!!

Dalton & Manny were absolutely the best got a new older BMW came up that I had low tire pressure/flat tire…..no indication on the door what PSI shld be Dalton looked it up for me and Manny took care of the tires!!! I had a really good experience at Mavis Tires thanks to Dalton. I first arrived around 11 AM and he politely let me know they were booked up and asked if I could come back around 3 PM. When I returned, there were some disgruntled customers who thought I was cutting in line, but Dalton handled the situation professionally and explained that he had already spoken with me earlier in the day. He stayed calm, respectful, and made sure everything was handled fairly. I really appreciated how he stood by what he told me and didn’t let the situation turn negative. It’s great to see someone provide good customer service even when things get tense. Dalton did a great job and I’d definitely recommend this location because of the way he handled everything.
