My grandpa lost the key to the to the locking lug nut for his CX5. We stop by without an appointment, the gentleman at the parts department gave us some standard lug nuts to use and the service department was able to install them for us. We are so thankful for their help today.

Chris Sturdy helped us get our Mazda CX-5. This the first time I’m leaving a review for a car dealership because he was very polite and helpful. He let us try different cars until we were absolutely sure what we wanted. We really haven’t met a car salesman so utterly nice.

I just moved into town a few weeks ago and needed to take my 3 in for routine maintenance. Lucas over in service is hands down the best. He got me in and out very quickly and very well priced. Thanks again lucas for the quick turnaround time and being such a nice advisor. Definitely an asset to the company ill be there again for service!

Was quick to respond and diagnose the issue. Very transparent about the charges and process. Waited for me to authorize the fix and didn't seem to overcharge. Will definitely come back for getting my car repaired and serviced in the future.

El Dorado Mazda provided a great customer experience! From the moment I contacted them about a vehicle on their site, I felt I was treated exceptionally well. Stephen Kilpatrick was a wonderful salesman! He took his time to explain everything to me and to make sure I felt comfortable with my new Mazda. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Great service staff. Kept me updated on progress. Loved the video details of the problems & online service approval method. The staff in the back accepting payments & making coffee seem unfriendly and/or unhappy & sometimes dress unprofessional as I witnessed one wearing a shirt revealing her stomach & seemed angry that one customer requested coffee/ sugar @ 4pm. William in service was awesome.

Dear Service Department Manager, The service center plays a crucial role in promoting Mazda, but it is essential for the team to effectively communicate with customers. Although we recognize that there may be instances where team members are occupied, it is imperative that they prioritize addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Effective communication with customers contributes significantly to the overall customer experience and should be given due attention.

They will sneak in things you didn’t ask for without telling you. I came in for an oil change. They handed me paperwork, mentioned that they would check some things on the list. I said okay and signed. Then they’re handing me a bill for over $300 for 15,000 mile service! My car is 2,500 miles away from and didn’t need!!! On top of forgetting to tell me my car was ready for 45 minutes and making me late to get my kid from daycare. Read what they sign you super carefully because they will put in things you didn’t ask for without telling you. Super deceptive practices.

I called twice to schedule my car to get serviced. The first time I was directed to a random voicemail when I was told I was being transferred to talk to an advisor. I called back and the gentleman that answered the phone didn't seem to want to schedule me, said they were scheduling out for weeks so I said ok, it feels like you don't want our business. I have always been loyal to dealerships with other vehicles I've owned. This is my first Mazda and so far, it's not going well.

The work seems to be good but honestly, waiting 4-5 hours minimum every time you need an oil change or tire change is kind of ridiculous, even if you have an appointment. Loaners book a month in advance and shuttle rides don’t really work when you have kids in car seats.

Scheduled an appointment with Alex H. to have my car repaired, she was very professional and polite, got me in a loaner no problem and sent me updates on my vehicle status frequently. Very good advisor and technician, got my car back in a few days.

The service center at El Dorado Mazda goes above and beyond to help solve problems. When I brought my car in for a strange smell, they got me right in and got to work. They soon contacted me and let me know what they found the source of the odor. They used an electric atomizer machine to remove the odor. I can't say enough good things about Nick Kinkaid and his crew at the service center. Thank you so much for taking care of my car.

We are happily part of the El Dorado Mazda family. We just purchased our fourth car from them in 6 years. Stephen Kilpatrick, our sales guy, is a pleasure to work with. He's such an easy-going guy that he makes the experience more like just sitting down an having a conversation with an old friend. Like the old adage says, he likes to treat people the way he likes to be treated. Which is respectfully and fairly. We don't spend hours haggling over price, he's straight forward and lets us speak to the finance guy without all the back and forth that most dealerships like to put you through. There's no cat and mouse game of dragging their feet to nickel and dime you to death. I feel like the quality of service that is offered is top-notch. We receive a loyalty discount for being repeat customers. Believe me, we will be back in 3 years to get another Mazda from Stephen and have confidence that we will again be treated with respect. They really do make the car buying process fun again! Zoom, zoom. Now, a note to Stephen's boss, get the man a new damn chair PLEASE!!

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Eldorado Mazda's service department. After calling yesterday to reschedule my appointment, I was assured I could come in today without needing an appointment, as they accept drive-ins. I also called this morning to confirm, and was told there would be no wait time and my car would be serviced promptly. However, upon arriving, I was informed that I would need to wait four hours for service. This lack of communication and inconsistency is unacceptable. I had taken time off work and drove a considerable distance based on the information provided, only to be met with poor customer service and a complete disregard for my time. I will not be returning to Eldorado Mazda for service in the future and cannot recommend them to others.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I have encountered ongoing issues with this location, each visit marked by a lack of professionalism and courtesy. On my most recent visit, I was left waiting over 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. The staff consistently exhibit dismissive behavior and have attempted to impose unnecessary charges on multiple occasions. Most concerning, my tire was visibly deflated immediately after the vehicle was returned to me, dropping to a pressure of 12 PSI. I was told it was due to a nail, but the timing and presentation suggest otherwise. This pattern raises serious concerns about the integrity of the service being provided. Additionally, despite my vehicle being equipped for navigation, I have yet to receive the necessary key. This oversight remains unresolved and reflects the broader lack of attention to customer needs. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution before utilizing this location’s services. My experience has been far below acceptable standards

I am extremely disappointed with the service at El Dorado Mazda. 40k mile service yet they failed to reset the service due notification, didn’t address the passenger airbag warning symbol in last service , and worst of all, my engine safety cover fell off while driving—an unacceptable oversight from a certified dealer. To make matters worse, they took their own sweet time, making me wait nearly 4-5 hours for this subpar service. This level of negligence and inefficiency is beyond frustrating, and I would not trust them with my vehicle again.

While I enjoyed buying my Miata here a year ago, when I went in for its first annual maintenance and to take care of a recall - I left feeling annoyed at the lack of professionalism and considering going to another Mazda dealership going forward. 1. I never received an estimated time to completion so I resorted to calling each day for an update. The first day I got sent to a voicemail and then never received a call back. The second day, I was told the car was done the first day and it was sitting on Alex’s desk to complete the paperwork but Alex was out of office so it had just been sitting there. So if I had not called and done their job for them, who knows when I would have gotten my car. 2. They lost my key and when informing that they had replaced the key (which had that not been done, would have been a whole other issue) the tone from Nick came across as if they were doing me a favor and not apologizing and offering any other form of compensation. 3. When I went to pick up my car, the interior had dirt marks all over it - I had to ask Chris to clean my interior before I would take my car (which Chris was amazing through the whole process, probably the only reason this review is not 1 star). So the lack of quality control and processes at this dealership is extremely annoying considering their sales and finance teams are wonderful.

It took three days for the service department to analyze repairs on my 2020 CX5! The car, has only 60,000 miles and required to have the leaking fuel injectors replaced for a cost of $2255! I find leaking fuel injectors, unacceptable for a Mazda or any other modern car with relatively low miles. It took a total of seven days to complete the repairs. I contacted Mazda USA and they would have offered Goodwill for parts had I not already paid my repair bill. El Dorado Mazda was unwilling to provide Goodwill. I do not recommend El Dorado Mazda to purchase or service a car, and CX five owners beware of leaking fuel injectors.
