I've been coming here for years which was hard at first because I used to be a mechanical DIY kind of person.That said, they've always been good to my cars. Over the years I've only ever had one issue/miscommunication come up and when it did MBC handled it quickly and very professionally and in a way that told me they were interested in keeping a customer long term.

The mechanics at MBC Service Center do basic but very good work on our car repairs, oil changes, and annual inspections for the last 30 to 35 years. The staff is friendly, honest, use reasonably priced, high-quality parts, and offer a discount for repairs when paid in cash. During a fuel shortage and when MBC had the gas station, my mom was driving around trying to find a fuel station while on a nearly empty tank. But when many of the fuel stations ran out of gas, one of my next-door neighbors recommended MBC for a fuel station, and even with the maximum limit of 5 gallons, it was enough to get us through. Altogether, local auto repair shops are really good and trustworthy, but for anyone in Windsor Park and surrounding area, MBC is a highly recommended auto repair shop.

These guys are crooks. They charged me for something that didn't need to be done, then quoted a $300 repair for something that was literally one bolt, and one wire that was easily accessed after opening the hood. The guy working there actually yelled at me when I brought it up. I ended up replacing the part myself, and that didn't resolve my issue, so they miss diagnosed the problem aswell.

Amazing repair shop. Customer service is top notch. The AC in my car went out and they were able to fix it in one day! I also had issues with my windshield wipers - they took the time to show me exactly what was wrong (pictures of what they found, old parts). I had to give my son a ride to pick up his truck a few months ago and, at the time, I needed my rotors replaced. Elie had my car ready in about 2 hours and he charged me a very reasonable rate for the work. Fast forward to today. My other son had a leak that he had taken his car to the dealership for and was told he needed his radiator and water pump replaced. When they tried to stick my son with all the labor costs (despite having an extended warranty that covered both parts and labor), we brought the car to Elie. Once he looked at the issue, he let us know that it was ONLY the radiator that needed replacing so, not only is he saving my son money, he's saving my son's warranty company money! Honesty and great service go a long way nowadays and I will continue to use and recommend MBC to anyone needing work done on their cars.

Had to log into my other google account to leave another review. My past snd first experience was amazing. Today car had an overheating issue that every other mechanic tried to tell me was a head gasket issue which cost more than makes sense to fix. They found that it was a thermostat issue and fixed it within a couple hours and i paid much less than expected. I will not ever go anywhere else for my car.
