$34.00+tip to leave me the car dirty. All doors edges were left just like a brought it. (Dirty). When asked for the manager to the guy in blue jacket he directed me to one of the guy with yellow jacket. The blue jacket person was very unproffectional and showed no care. I will never come back to this location. There many people looking for job in every New York conner, It is sad that those who have a job showed no respect to their bosses bussiness.

Great place to get an oil change and car wash. The waiting area leaves a lot to be desired, but the staff more than makes up for it with their professionalism and kindness. I will continue to support MCA Car Wash.

I've been here a few times, it seem it's a hit or miss on whether they do a good job. Got the super interior today 12/27/21, no body waiting they finished in 10 mins and did a mediocre job, another time they did it in 30 again with no one waiting and did better. On top of it the cashier at the Carwash side always seems to have an attitude.

The attendants are always super helpful and are kind. Never had anyone five me an attitude or be disrespectful in any way. There was a time they closed the drivers door and when they saw me coming ran to open it back waited till I got in and closed it back. Like who does that sort of thing anymore? I am always happy with the way my car looks and the level of service given

My first time taking my ride to this car wash. I was getting slightly annoyed because of the wait but it was so worth it. They cleaned the inside of my car so damn good. They even cleaned the area between the front seats and armrest and that area hasn’t been cleaned in forever by my former car wash. My girl was sparkling. I’m quite sure going early in the morning helped for the special attention. Needless to say, I will definitely be back in 2 weeks.

Going to miss the free car washes with oil change. Such a sad day… (update) just to respond to the owner; I was advised there’s no car wash with oil change on 11/16/17 as I paid for my oil change once it was completed (and after I tipped). Upon your response I called and verified the free car wash with oil change was not discontinued and to come down (with proof) and get the car wash. So I will follow-up today. Once the issue rectified I will amend my review. No harm no foul as I say…….. seriously I don’t talk like that. Latest update and there will be no further edits. Followed up with the car wash (11/17/21) and it was free but why was it a horrible experience. My vehicle was 2/3 the way down the automated car wash when the rollers started to slide under the wheels. I think it was because my vehicle lost momentum when it stopped while another was exiting the car wash. I alerted the wash attendants that my vehicle was not moving and one of them hit the emergency stop. Another of the attendants (older Hispanic male and the tallest one there) went a looked at my vehicle and determined it was ok. As he walked out I told him the car was not moving and he was extremely dismissive. The car wash was restarted, the rollers started to slip under my car’s tires again. I had to yell again to advise my car was not moving. The attendant then had to drive my car out of the wash. Of course I had to ask why he would not listen to what I said and again he was dismissive. Well my car is clean so there’s a happy ending. My three stars stays. I’ve been coming there off and on for a few years and I have tipped, and bought the service guys food from Dunkin Donuts. I bring my best as a customer so I expect you to do your best as a retail establishment. If you was to go over the video I was there at around 6:00pm … white RX350

They didn't put an washer fluid in my car, they will ruin your car. Also its new male workers every time I go. They love to undermine females who come in for service, I'm not the one tho. I will be taking my business elsewhere ‼️‼️

I have been going here for 14 years, I believe. Always good for an oil change with a free car wash. The best deals are always through a dealer but, then to save the money, you do not have your car all day, here in and out job done. My time is money and they have been consistent for a long time.

If I can give this location 0 stars I would. The Spanish manager is completely rude and disrespectful. Does not know how to communicate with customers respectfully. The workers don't even take their time to clean the car properly when you spend a ton of money on the service you paid for, they do a half fast job. Especially when you point out certain areas to get they don't clean it. Also their products are trash and they do not work. I bought 3 air fresheners, and in the process of using 1 it did not work and I went back to return it the next day and the manager was trying to lie to me and say that there is no exchanges or refunds even tho on the receipt it said it does and then went on to say it's only within 7 days. He wasn't trying to give me my money back, and just on that note I will no longer spend my money here. The service is no good and the manager is completely disrespectful.

Sometimes, they do a good job, meaning they use the brush and clean the rims. Then Sometimes they just spray the car and then send the car through the car wash

Left the car wash with a lot of scratches. Very unhappy.. Also the manager was very rude and dismissive. Also when the did my oil change they didn’t go a thorough check; the window washer floss was not refilled, the tires weren’t checked ( I was watching them) and they said they check your breaks only if I requested it. I requested it and was ignored.

For every car I have I go here and get my scheduled oil changes.thats about 6 years . And for 6 six years The shop is clean tidy and quick and efficient. I have never had any issues with any of my cars or the staff. Great shop. Honestly cannot give one complaint. The. There’s the free car wash after work done . Could be a bit better but still Good job guys!!

Awful service! I paid $27 to get my car cleaned and they left it as is inside.. manager is rude too. I would recommend owners to hire staff that speaks English and not off of Home Depot parking lot…

Extremely unhappy. Services regarding fluids are great. However. I was told I needed brakes. So I said ok. Do them. $163.26 paid. When my car was brought to me, it squeaked like crazy. I was told. Give it a few weeks and the noice will go away. Two weeks later it was even worse. I brought it in. The guy looked at it then “fixed it”. A week later it was grinding severely. Very bad and loud. I brought back AGAIN. Was told I need a new caliper that’s why it’s bad. Not the brakes. And that nothing else could be done there. I took to a repair shop and explained the issue. I was informed my calipers were fine. And the brakes had not been installed correct and now I actually need a new rotor. In which yiu can’t replace just one. So I had to purchase two sets of brakes and two rotors now. I called the car was and explained the situation and I want my money back. And was told nothing can be done and that’s it.

I usually go here for an oil change, and a (free) car wash. The price for the oil change is way too much, and the car wash isn't really free. Find a place that isn't so costly. The wash is great, but is it really FREE?

They never took out the splash guard and NEVER replaced the oil filter. The oil plug area is oily and filthy. NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE! The car wash is exterior wash only. Sloppy at best. No polish. No shine. After the drying bird poop remains on the mirror and door. Spoke to the Latino man who is useless. Did not care. Actually found out that the oil life was not reset.

This is my second time having a horrible experience. Should have known not to come back here. today I went to get my car washed and after my car came out of the car wash I noticed I had a crack on my windshield and all these gooey black spots all over my car and windshield. The manager gave me all kind of excuses about where the crack came from. I asked him to pull up the camera to verify the crack was there when I came but again he gave me all kind of excuses. All I wanted was for them to take accountability for damaging my car. I wasn’t expecting them to pay because I already knew they wouldn’t. Thank God I was able to get an appointment with satélite for tomorrow.

Very disappointed in the service received. From being rudely rushed when asked which service I wanted all because I wanted to ensure the super rain x/lava shield included interior vacuum/wipe and add mat wash. Then I’m told my car is ready but my mats are missing. I go to hang my bag on the hook in my car and one of them is missing. Of course no one knows anything and is dumbfounded. Looking at the work they did in the car there is still dirt in my cup holders and dust in places that should’ve been wiped. So $40 for attitude and half a wash that had my entire car stink of vinegar in the end.
