I always go to Meineke me and my family for oil changes and multiple things for our car always being treated with great customer service and always welcoming David. The manager there is wonderful to speak to and always willing to tell you what you need for your car and always helping you and every car needs You like family and always treat you with respect. I’ve been going there for many many years and that Voice appreciated their honesty . They also have great prices, but if you want your car done right this is a place to go get there early cause they get really really busy with your time of taking care of your car and everything else in between💟

Not sure how this place is getting 5 stars or maybe I'm just one of the unlucky ones like Alana B, Oscar T., and PG. After reading the reviews, I thought I'd save a few dollars and have my rotors and brake pads replaced on April 1, 2025...the joke was on me for sure. The next day they were squeeling so I went back to Meineke who said they were breaking in and to give it a few weeks. ( When you buy a new car, there's no break in period but I went along with it. ) I went back a few weeks later with the brakes still squeeling. I was there at 4PM and they close at 6PM. No cars in the service bays and techs standing around. I was told it was too late in the day, they were about to close, make an appointment, and be here first thing in the morning. I make an appointment for 8AM for Aug 16 and there first thing only to be told there are 3 cars ahead of me, the appointment just means they will try to look at the car that day, and they could not begin to look at the car for at least another 3 to 4 hours. I should have just gone to Toyota in the beginning and paid the extra to have it done right which is what I will end up doing. I have asked for a refund from their corporate office but not optimistic about them either. I think the BBB needs to know.

I was really lucky to find this shop! I have a 1974 (46-year-old) Toyota FJ40. I stopped by and met Dave and they performed a free brake inspection, while I waited. My truck is so old it has drum brakes... I started by getting my parking brake cable and shoes replaced, old technology driveshaft brake. I went back for a complicated front disc brake conversion. They always kept me updated and provided excellent customer service. The whole team is outstanding Dave, Westley, Justin, Mike and the owner Paul. In short, great customer service, skilled technicians and very fair pricing. My old truck is way more fun to drive, now that it stops like a new one. I highly recommend this location for your automotive needs!

Well it's the second time that I've taken my car to Meineke and got good value service it's hard to find a good mechanic shop. I would recommend Meineke to all my friends and family.... when you go there (ask for Dave) he'll take care of you and your car. They failed to do wheel alignment. They sent you coupons for full synthetic oil change and charge you double, claiming that your car needs different oil. I should have learned from my mistake and don’t bring my car here for second time. No more!! Avoid this place

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience I brought my truck on November 6, 2025, because there was oil leaking underneath. The mechanic said I needed an oil change, a new filter, and new motor mounts. I agreed to the repair. However, after I picked up my car, it started making strange noises that it never had before. When I went back on November 8, they told me the mechanic was not available. I asked if I could bring it back on Monday, but they said if I didn’t return the car that day, I would be charged $35 per day for storage. When I came back on November 10, they changed their story and said there were actually two bad motor mounts and demanded $400 more. I ended up paying $955.86 total, including $544.50 for labor, or they said they wouldn’t give my truck back. Even after paying, the noise problem was never fixed. They also treated me disrespectfully, and I felt discriminated against as a woman. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

This location appears to rely heavily on upselling unnecessary work and scaring customers about their cars being in critical condition. Both managers (David and Justin) said additional repairs had to be completed before they would perform the service I requested. I went in specifically for a timing belt replacement. They told me later on the phone that before they could do the timing belt, I would first need to: (1) replace the ignition coil electrical connectors/clips, and (2) replace the valve cover gasket. These two would cost $850. Only after completing those two jobs, they said, could the timing belt be replaced at $1000. I obtained a second opinion from an independent mechanic, who confirmed that neither ignition coil connectors nor valve cover gaskets are prerequisites for replacing a timing belt. On my car, the timing belt is serviced from the front of the engine and is mechanically unrelated to the ignition coil wiring or valve cover gaskets. I eventually took my car to a Midas and the timing belt was replaced in 4 hours at $1100. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this location. If you do go there, I strongly advise verifying any additional repair claims with a second mechanic before approving work and possibly getting ripped off.

Super meh. I’m not a fan of this business. the customer service here is so bad. This front desk guy might have been having a bad day. I wouldn’t send my friends or family here. I don’t care that the prices are lower, waiting 5 hours for saving $50 is not my thing. And the mental health issues of the front desk representative… I don’t want people with mental health challenges working on my truck. I walked out quietly, went to Valvoline 300 ft away, and had all my services completed with a smile in 1 hour. Nothing is worth my peace of mind or dealing with a troubled person.

I was overcharged for a recharge & I would highly recommend anyone needing a recharge for R1234YF Freon you should only pay $300-$350 in the area. That’s including at dealers. They tried to charge me $698. While I didn’t end up paying that & they matched other facility, if I didn’t know better they would have got me.

I had a positive experience at Meineke Car Care Center this past Friday. I brought my car in for a transmission and oil leak issue, and the team took care of both the same afternoon. I arrived around 12:45 PM and had my car back by 4 PM, which I really appreciated since it’s not always easy for me to step away from work. Customer service was friendly and the process felt straightforward. The total came out to $770, I’m not sure how that compares price-wise, but I was glad to have both issues addressed quickly. The only downside was that they weren’t able to finish installing a new headlight because they didn’t want to stay past closing. I can understand that from a business standpoint, but it does make things harder when scheduling time off isn’t simple. Overall, I was happy with the work they completed and would return, I just wish the job could have been fully finished in one visit.

David was a great help to getting my car back into shape. I was in for an oil change and ended up needing other vital maintenances for my car. I never felt pressured to make a car decision. I felt like he cared and wanted to make sure everything was good in my car since I was going to be traveling a lot over the thanksgiving holiday.
