11/24- We are new to Virginia and needed an inspection done on our vehicle, walked in and was greeted with a smile, the lovely woman set my appointment for the next morning. Arrived a few minutes early, they took my car back on time and it was done quickly. The inspector even put my new tags on for me which was super helpful to me. 7/25- Third visit to this shop and another successful visit. I get this is a corporate brand company but when you walk in you feel like you are more in a small mom and pop shop. All the same smiling faces. This is an honest and fair shop that isn’t looking just to make a dollar. Their interactions show they really care for their customers and keeping their cars safe. We will definitely be back for any service needs we have!

I had heard some clunks in the front end and suspected tie rod ends or something else had gone bad. They checked it out and it was only a piece of fender that had broken and was rubbing and was hard to see, and they removed the section. They examined the front end parts and made sure everything was sound, and they didn’t even end up charging me. Very kind and helpful!

I cannot say enough about Brett and the team at Meineke-Forest! Everyone, from the moment I entered the doors, provided information and exceptional care and concern for me, my daughter, and her 2017 sedan. I do not believe that the dealership or the previous mechanic took the time to diagnose and repair the problem promptly. I could not have received better car care and genuine concern for getting this car up to par, so that my daughter can safely commute to work and graduate school.

Took an old sports car here a few months ago to see if they could bend some pipe and weld it in to the exhaust since the muffler shop was 3 weeks out and I can't bend pipe at home. Quoted me like 6 or 700 dollars to do that, tech was trying to explain pretty much every reason on why he didn't want to do it lol. Then he tried to con me a bit, told me he smells coolant really strongly when he starts the car and that my control arm was bent and would ruin the tire within a week or two. I had actually replaced the cooling system myself 2 weeks prior and was 100% positive it wasn't leaking and it hasn't leaked once several months later. The "bent control arm" is just camber, shocker. This place will try to convince you that stuff is broken and try to take all your money. Take your cars somewhere else.

I brought my truck into Meineke for a state inspection. I received a text about 45 minutes later telling me the inspection was complete. I was also able to make the payment online expediting the pick up of my vehicle. The inspection report included many pictures of items such as the brakes and tires that will need replacing. My overall experience was completely positive. I would Recommend this Mieneke Service center because they were punctual, good communication, And friendly.

I was in town visiting friends when the alternator died on my Toyota sequoia. Had the vehicle towed to the Meineke shop at Forest Road on Sunday and they had the repairs done by end of the day on Monday. Alternator replacement on a Sequoia is not easy to say the least. Brian Ford and his team were fantastic! Very reasonable price for the work that had to be done and quick turnaround. Highly recommend this Meineke car care center on Forest Road!

This was first service at Meineke. I chose them because of the GREAT reviews, and I was not disappointed. I had my state inspection, an oil change, wiper blades changed, and air filter replaced. They were professional, helpful, and pretty fast. I had an appointment at 9:00. They were ready for me and got started right away. They kept me informed along the way and took pictures of everything, so even if I do go back to the dealership(Never will I!) I have documentation to show anyone else! I will be going back to Meineke on Forest Road. I'm very grateful for their great service!

Forest, Va I received excellent service from a wonderful team! They discussed the diagnosis with me about my truck, they listened and didn’t talk down to me, and answered ALL my questions! It was refreshing for a 66 yr old Granny. I didn’t mind paying for the service I received because I felt like they knew what they were doing. They gave me options and in the end, my truck was fixed and I’m on my way! The gentleman who helped me was named Bryson and he was exceptional. I love the online appointment and online pay. I found a nice coupon online and am a rewards member now! I know this sounds over the top but it was over the top- literally.
