I showed up without calling because my AC was warm, I had my dogs in the van and it was 100°. They were quick and professional. I was there for less than an hour while they recharged my AC and checked for leaks. They put dye in the system so we can find a leak if they missed one, which I asked the last shop to do and they refused. The cost was about 30 percent less that the shop before and they let my dogs chill in their waiting room while they worked on my van. They had a small town mechanic feel and I will be using them in the future.

I am very appreciative of the quick fix, reasonable prices, and great customer service from Trey and the team. I was frustrated when my AC and cooling system went out at the same time. Trey and the team, got us in fast, worked with us much as possible on price and walked us through the process. Great location and team. I recommend this group for sure!

Had an alignment done and a tire replaced here (due to car being out of alignment). The alignment was never completed and the new tire prematurely wore out, as I just replaced it again last week at another shop. This shop has cost me time and money, and I will never use them again. If you like paying for services never performed, then this is your place!

From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Shoutout to Matt, who took care of everything; he explained my options clearly without any pressure and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me most was the efficiency—they got my tires swapped out in no time flat, way faster than I expected, and at a fair price. Nobody likes getting auto work done. It is stressful, expensive, inconvenient , and sometimes even predatory. This shop seems pretty set on going in the complete opposite direction. The service rep (Trey I think?) was incredibly friendly and helpful. Inspection is quick and you are sent detailed descriptions and photos of what needs to be done with the prices to match, which are VERY affordable. But the complimentary shuttle service is what really blew me away, I’ve never even conceived of a shop doing that for me before today. I was taken home and then picked up to receive my car in only a few short hours. Give these people your business!

I never once felt like I was getting bad advice. Very RUDE! Do not go here. I set a 11 am appointment. Showed up and walked in. Then the phone rang after I was at the counter. The Employee took the phone call instead of asking the caller to wait. Then employee finished the call and the phone rang again. I could not believe it, he once again was rude and began speaking to the second caller, instead of asking them to hold due to I was there before the call. I told the employee that I was leaving due to Being treated so rudely. I have been a loyal customer for many years. As of today, they have lost my business. I went to Take 5 Oil Change on the corner of Joyce & College. Great service and the service only took 10 minutes instead of waiting a hour.

I have to give a shout out to Meineke Car Care Center in Lowell/Springdale. I have taken my vehicles there many times over the years and they consistently have been positive experiences. Once I had a car towed there after it died unexpectedly, they looked it over, found the problem (fortunately a minor one), and sent me on my way free of charge. I've taken my truck there with basically a carte blanche to fix a sound I was hearing but they again looked it over, didn't find anything serious, and a wheel alignment later I was on the road. Today I found myself again visiting them after a loud screeching sound came out of nowhere. I was told that the earliest appt they had available was 8 days away, however when I told them that I was really concerned about the safety of the vehicle, he had me bring it right in to check it over just to be careful. Turns out there was a tiny rock stuck in the wheel well making an awful sound. Sent away again with no charge an a handshake. In this day one doesn't expect old fashioned good service from a car repair business, but that is exactly what I get every time I visit Meineke. I will continue to take my vehicles there for service (even when it does cost some $$), and will wholeheartedly recommend them to friends and family. Special shout out to Trey today for his care, concern, and friendliness throughout. I didn't get the name of the technician, but he was top notch as well. Kudos!
