Chris was very helpful in getting me through getting a transmisson for my car. Chris explained the process and told me when I should expect my suv. I actually got it back sooner than he anticipated. While waiting for some final touches a tech from the garage asked if I wanted some coffee and said I could wait inside if I liked. In times when you know you will have to invest big money in your transportation, it is good to have a professional environment to have have car. Thanks Chris and crew. Chris and his team are awesome. Chris's is so polite and professional. Service here the past two time I’ve been here have been great. First time I thought I had a transmission problem but they diagnosed it to be because my alternator going out, which was great because I was already planning on replacing it soon. They replaced it and gave it a fairly good warranty for a good price. Next time I came in I was having the problem I was having before and they told me it wasn’t my alternator and it was actually a battery terminal that went loose. And instead of charging me for diagnosing what the problem was and solving it, they fixed it for free and saved me the hassle of emptying my trunk to fix it myself haha. They did loose my keys for a moment which I understand sometimes things can go missing happens at my job too, and they told me if they find it they’ll give me a call and if not they’ll get me a new key. I ended up getting my key back. Overall very good service and very nice staff.

I took my 2011 CTSV in just a few days ago as I had been chasing a leak from the transmission for several weeks and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Dropped the car off and a day later they had already diagnosed and found that the front pump seal was bad. It’s pretty labor intensive to replace, however they immediately got to work fixing not just that but other issues along the way. My car was only at the shop for 2 days total. With the experiences I’ve had at other shops I expected it to be down for weeks. Communication was fantastic, the car shifts much smoother, and so far no leaking. The shop itself is very well organized and you can tell that the people working there take pride in their work.

It’s always been pretty difficult for me to trust shops with my older vehicle. However, This shop has been a godsend for me. They’re the only shop that my truck has gone to for repairs beyond my scope since about 2022. I’ve had my transmission replaced, clutch rebuilt, and other smaller things replaced/fixed. Whenever I have had questions, concerns, and even emergencies- they’ve been to my rescue. They are friendly, very communicative, and always call back if they didn’t answer your call. My appreciation for this shop is not measurable.

Oh my where do I start! I have actually pondered for a couple of days before riding this review. Let’s start at the beginning. I called several places to have my son and daughter‘s cars put into the shop to get them basic overall repairs brakes, oil, change, tuneups, etc. so that the cars were safe and ready for them to drive the moment. Chris answered the phone and told me This is the place that I wanted to get my repairs done and then I wouldn’t regret it at first. I just kind of thought. OK he’s a good salesman, but I took him up on the offer we went through. I did kind of what I was just looking for and he told me that when the cars came in, they would get an inspection and then we would go over the list together. He came and got both of my vehicles and got them to his shop and within one day I knew what needed to be fixed. What could wait. We came to a great price and he got to work the way Acura Transmission went above and beyond my expectations cannot even be explained the devotion to ensuring that I would be a returning customer. I have never worked for a company that worked so hard to impress other companies need to take notice because when it comes to trustworthy customer service an overall honesty, this company could have 50 stars and it would still not suffice. I have never been 100% sure that I would ever use a certain company for certain things in my life, but I can tell you that I will never use another automotive place again. I am going to be a forever customer. Make sure you work with Chris. He will go above and beyond any expectation that you ever have thank you very much and yes, we got both of the cars back in a great timely manner and they run great.
