I used Lewis Collision when someone hit my car at my apartment complex. They really helped me navigate dealing with insurance! They are very communicative and are always giving updates about your car. My car looks good as new, and I’m super happy about it! Definitely would use them again (but hoping I don’t need to at least for a little while)! Also, they are just super helpful and friendly.

This feedback is for potential customers. I can’t speak to Lewis quality of work, you’ll read why. Lewis estimates seem reasonable. Here’s the feedback, brought my Jeep in for an estimate, the front end of the hood was dented just damage to the skin, no structural nor inside damage hood opened and closed no issues. They gave me 2 estimates, that was their idea not mine, one to repair hood another to replace hood. This was a 100% customer paid repair, we choose the repair hood estimate. Two business days later we dropped off the jeep for the repair work and about an hour later received a call and they told us we had to have a new hood, the estimator had now said they can’t repair the hood for the original 8 hour estimate. So it was either pay up for the new hood or nothing! No option to pay for a couple more hours, they absolutely were not going to stand behind their estimate. So if you take your vehicle there just be aware they may not stand behind their estimate.

Lewis Collision did a great job on my vehicle repair! Allen was very helpful and reassured me my vehicle was in good hands. The repair time seemed a little long but my vehicle has pearl white paint and requires 3 stages to get the color right so that it blends with the rest of the vehicle paint. The paint job was excellent! I was most impressed with the way they cleaned and detailed my vehicle. It even smelled new!

Do NOT have your vehicle towed here. It was weeks before they even looked at it. The communication was non-existent. They had me come look at the truck to go over all the damage. I was told that I would have updated weekly and “kept up to date” with everything that was going on. Never happened. I had to call every week with an update, and on multiple occasions I would ask for an update and they couldn’t give me one, I was promised a phone call back the same day, they never called back. Other times I would call and they weren’t even sure exactly where my truck was. (They had to tow it out to a tire shop) which I completely understand. It’s the lack of communication that gets me. After being told my truck would be done March 31st, it actually was extended to April 7th. Which I understand delays. But once again lack of communication. Once I was able to get my truck back I had to take it back due to have vibrations in the back driver side tire. The lug nuts were loose and they had to re-thread the studs. Luckily no one was injured, but this could have caused some major problems. The truck was also very dirty on the inside, which they finally cleaned after taking the truck back with multiple issues. The sad thing is I have used them in the past and everything was amazing. I would have recommended them to everyone, now I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I was very disappointed in how they handled everything and lack of communication.

The technicians did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle. Cody Woods was my representative and was an amazing contact to keep me informed of progress and answer questions I had. He never made me feel talked down to or that my concerns were not important to him and Lewis Collision. His weekly calls to check on me and give me updates on my vehicle helped make the experience less stressful. I sincerely appreciate the courteous professionalism I received from Lewis Collision.

I cannot brag on this place enough! My Jeep looked better than it did driving it brand new off the lot years ago. You can’t even tell that there was any damage done in a rear end collision. The inside of the car was cleaned, the car was washed, everything was perfect. Allan did such a great job communicating the status of the vehicle every step of the way. I was thrilled they were able to work me in so quickly after I told them there was an exhaust smell coming into the cab. Amazing folks, amazing work - hopefully I never had to see them again, but if I did Lewis will always have my business.

Excellent customer service! Car repairs can be stressful, but the Lewis Collision Team made the experience better with their positive attitude and consistent communication. I received update calls on the progress of repairs every couple of days which I greatly appreciated. Even if the call was to inform me that they were still waiting for a part, I got the progress update call. Hit a deer 1 month ago. Was devasted and thought it'd be totaled due to how the damage inside and out was. The estimator, Ismar helped me through the process and told me it would be a 50/50 totalled or not totalled. To my surprise, it barely was close to being totalled. Ismar and his team got everything in order and fixed her back up! Looking amazing! Thank you to Ismar, the receptionist who is very nice, and the labor team that did such an amazing work. As much as I hate car accidents, I'll be coming back here again, hopefully not soon though. This was the second time I have been to Lewis collision and they have always done amazing work! Thank you all!

Avoid Lewis Collision at All Costs! Over a year and a half ago, I brought my car to Lewis Collision, and it was a mistake I’ve regretted ever since. During the detailing process, their staff vacuumed up several important parts I had left in the floorboard. Despite repeated follow-ups, those parts were never replaced—and to this day, I have never been indemnified for the loss. Against my better judgment, I recently brought my car back after a minor accident where a kid opened their door into my front fender. I just picked it up this morning—and I am beyond disappointed. First, when I got home, I noticed a large O-ring from one of their clipboards had fallen onto my dashboard and left a noticeable mark. How that even got left in the car is beyond me. Second, there was a long scratch right above the repaired area—the exact spot that was supposed to be fixed—that hadn’t even been addressed. The work was sloppy and careless. I went back in and spoke to the general manager, who told me I had never been there before—even though it’s the same ownership. She was dismissive and didn’t take the time to listen to what I was saying. I spent two full hours in that office. Not one person offered me an apology. No one offered a solution. No one even offered a simple gesture of customer service like a bottle of water or a Coke. After two terrible experiences, I can confidently say: Do NOT bring your vehicle here. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care is astonishing. And again—I still have never been indemnified for the damage they caused a year and a half ago.

Picked up my truck after some repairs. The new paint had swirls all over it, did not fix the bed of the truck that shifted, and the inside looked like it was driven through the Sahara with the windows down. Brought it up to the guys attention and he wrote down my “complaints” saying they would get back with me. 3 weeks later they have not contacted me. He tried to tell me the swirls on the new paint were from taking the car through the car wash, which I would never do. Like yeah I came in, took the truck at night while you were closed and drove it through the car wash bud. Couldn’t even polish the new paint to make it descent (colors do not match). Also mentioned the bed not being re-aligned. He asked where the impact was. Told him front left. Then he hit me back with a “ I am having a hard time trying seeing how the bed of the truck shifted when the impact was not there”. Clearly a desk person not knowing anything. If you are that naive, find another job. I should have known better when there was a couple bringing up concerns about their car not being repaired appropriately when I was dropping off my truck. Also a spot on my passenger window. No it’s expert, but looks clear coat got sprayed onto the window.

If I could give a zero I would! After the recent hail storm, they got my vehicle and never started working it. After 2 weeks, I told them I was just going to get it. They kept promising they were starting it. FINALLY, after 3 weeks of my vehicle just sitting, I told them I was coming to pick it up. They decided that was the day they would start it. Mind you, I had only one month of rental car from my insurance. So they literally wasted 3/4 of my rental, plus all the time and stress. So, I went and picked it up and will NEVER use them again!!!!

I was in a Fender Bender and my insurance company sent me to Lewis Collision Center. They repaired the hood of my car and did a paint job. Less than a year later and the paint had chipped. I came in and was told it would be no problem to fix but that I had to come back. I came back and was told after an associate took one picture of the damage that they could not warrenty their work because there were rock chips at the bottom of my fender there for the paint missing from my hood must also be from a rock chip. The associate took no photos of the fender of my car so I'm assuming she just told the manager about them and he decided from that. There are no rock chips on my fender and no indication that a rock hit my hood causing this paint to chip. It's a cheap company's way of getting out of redoing their poor work. Do not use them.
