I showed up unannounced Tuesday just 2 hours before this shop closed and Ivan immediately made time to take a look at my issue. They had to get a part, and still had a complete Rack and pinion replacement done by Noon on Wednesday. Great service, Great Price, I would highly recommend coming here for your repairs!

Part of being a good business owner is to be respectful and professional. These two traits were not at all shown while my family car was in this shop for an air-conditioning repair. When we received our car after having it serviced, not only did we notice that the engine now struggles to turn on, there is also a dent and big scuff marks along the side of our vehicle, indicating that it had been hit during its time in the shop. Our driver’s side door also makes a very loud popping sound when opening. Both the engine failure and the exterior damages on the vehicle were not in this condition when the vehicle was first brought into the shop. As a regular person would do after seeing the condition of their damaged vehicle, my mother immediately brought it to the attention of the owner, Ivan. Instead of showing respect and taking some sort of control or accountability for what had happened, he showed a very unprofessional side of him. He said the vehicle was already in this condition before coming into the shop, called my mother problematic, laughed in her face, and told her that she didn’t know what she was talking about, since she is not a mechanic. Although she is not a mechanic, it does not take a mechanic to recognize the damage that was made on the vehicle. Ivan did not take ANY sort of responsibility for what happened nor did he make any effort to show compassion to a concerned client. As a business owner, this is not the way you ever treat a client, no matter how wrong you may think they are.

Great diagnosticians who figured out exactly what was wrong with our truck, repaired it, and got us back on the road. It was not a cheap repair, but it was much better than a new engine--which is what another place recommended after we sank a lot of money into a repair that, as it turns out, wasn't the problem. This was over a year ago, and our truck is still running great. We had a very positive experience at Ivan's and appreciate their expertise and integrity.

It’s been a couple months since I had used Ivan’s services to replace an engine in my Hybrid car. I feel like I called every shop in the area just to be told no, they don’t work on Hybrids, or that they would charge me upwards of $5k to do the work. I tried Ivan’s out because he had good reviews. When I called, not only did he say he could do the work without hesitation but he gave me a quote which was lower than I was expecting. Honestly, it seemed a bit too good to be true, but I took the chance, had the engine delivered there and scheduled the repair. He said it would take 5 days for the repair (which seemed very reasonable) and called 2 days later saying it was ready. I was kindof nervous because I wasn’t sure what I would find. I went to pick up my car and found out that Ivan not only delivered on his promise, he also charged the price he quoted! Drove away with a working car that is going strong. So thankful for Ivan! He seemed very trustworthy and honest. I’ll definitely be using him for any other repairs.
