New to the area and was looking for a new shop I could trust. I've been going to precision tune shops for almost 25 years now and since they are franchised I've had shop ownership and management change on me a few times but have always had good experiences. I was glad to find a precision tune out here too! The Springdale location is 5 stars. The work is quality, prices are more than fair, and the techs give you honest recommendations on required work. Jake and Stephanie ( hope I spelled that right) were friendly and welcoming as well as helpful with some local insight on the area. Definitely found our new shop out here. I like to do a lot of my own maintenance but won't hesitate to take any of our vehicles here! Highly recommend

I got a “tune up” for $199 and some change, and I’m still miss firing on #3 because it doesn’t include wires & coils. I called and was quoted $100 each on coils, no mention of the wires. I guess I’m expected to return for more labor costs? I was only paying for the convenience, and now I’m going to have to finish the job myself at my expense…, see how they are old and dirty. Same coils & wires, and still missing on #3…. Day two: Upon replacement of #3 ignition coil, found two black plastic “wire ties” assisting contact with the “wires” from the harness to the #3 coil, and only #3 coil. Something a person replacing spark plugs would unmistakably notice. No mention of it to me by Precision Auto?

I have been going to Precision Tune Auto Care for 16 years. The staff there is the BEST. I feel totally confident in the service they provide, recommendations for future service, and fair pricing. As a woman, it is sometimes hard to trust auto repair shops, but these guys are the exception. I won't go anywhere else.

The place was on the money. I needed a transmission fluid change, that is what I got. No haggling, no pushy sales, just honest, good hard work for a good price. The manager was very helpful, he kept customers and his crew moving along and they were all very professional. I asked to see the quality of the fluid they took out, he brought me a cup of it. The quoted price was more than he charged me, and they were helpful answering questions about my transmission. I take care of my baby(pictured) and they showed the same respect! If your looking for honesty good work, this is the place. Thanks guys and I will be back!

They may be able to do a few things but an interlock install is not one of them. Told me an hour to hour and a half, took 3 and then dude was rude to me and suggested I could’ve brought it in any other time and yadda. Interested me because I didn’t recall asking him what I could’ve done differently. Just childish. On top of that, they wired it into the wrong stuff, and the same day they installed it, it reset and I had to go have it rewired completely. They also made a mess out of my trucks exterior somehow, and didn’t clip my dash back in properly. They also charged me $400. So do with that what you will. Sorry bud, going to have to be an adult and smother that ego. Honestly though these guys shouldn’t hang it up. Good luck.

I can't say enough good things about this shop. I called and they hit me right in. At first I was told I was gonna need an alternator, but then was told it was a missing bolt from the tensioner. Then I was told it was a broken bolt in the alternator. The mechanic was able to get the broken bolt out, saving me from buying a $700 alternator. The manager could have raked me across the coals, as I had to have my car fixed that day. Instead, he was honest. Every time there was an update he told me the good news and the bad, so I was prepared fir how ever it ended. I the end he documented the issue good enough that KIA paid for the bill. This is now my me panic shop. Both the manager and mechanic did a fanatic job. Thank you to both. Faith in mechanics restored.

Couldn't diganose why engine light was on. Took it back as requested so they could get their lead mechanic to diganose. Only to be told he didn't show up to work. I took it to another place and they quickly found out that the wiring in my car was damaged due to rodent chewing on the wire. If I had let it go with out anyone making any suggestions I could have been in trouble . Never will go back

Whether it’s for a routine oil change, dashboard light, weird noise, or a large problem. Jake has always listened to my concerns, communicated with me very clearly, and investigates every option available for whatever solution is needed without any pressure or defaulting to the most profitable scenario.
