If I could give these people 10 stars I would ...I've never knew a more trustworthy business that goes above and beyond without asking ....James knew my vehicle was going on a long haul with family in tow ...and gave my truck extra attention where it needed ...as one in the profession would know.... beyond the best services I can assure yall over those popular names yall know 1st choice is hands down way more affordable... they aren't looking to get into your pockets ...they truly are just doing the work you need and offer the suggestions of experienced professionals...I refuse to go any other place and when out of town I've even called them to get advice and information ...I was able to catch other guys trying to pull a fast one ... 1st choice auto is the best choice and only choice if you want it done right ..

Called several places and the man I spoke to was quick and knowledgeable. Price was the number one reason we chose this place. We drive an F250 diesel so repairs can be expensive. We chose this shop because of price and the friendly and knowledgeable discussion he took the time from his busy morning to have with me. And I’m glad we did! We will keep his number in case we need anything else. He said it would take two days or better. The truck was ready the next day. And it’s like a new truck now! It’s an older truck but we love it, now we love it more! Thank you for the speedy repair and the time you took on the phone with questions. Friendly service is important to us.

I recently had a flat tire and needed to change it. It had been a long time since I’d done that, and everything was going fine—until the tire wouldn’t come off. I wasn’t sure what to do, so I texted James. He called me right away and gave me a tip to try. It worked, and I was able to get the tire changed. Not many businessmen take the time to help like that, but James did—and that’s why I trust him. He’s a good man who works hard and does great work. I ended up buying two tires from him that day. I used these guys for service for my Ram 1500 a few months ago and and they did a wonderful job. I had a small oil leak develop and wasn't sure where it was coming from. At my last oil change at the dealership, I mentioned it, they looked it over and said they couldn't find anything. Leak was still happening. Through a friend, I heard about this place and thought I'd give them a try. When I explained the problem to James, the owner, he knew exactly what it was. We popped my hood and he verified it within seconds. It was the oil filter/cooler housing. He told me this was a common issue with my year model Ram and he's repaired a lot of them with that issue. Because I had a trip I needed to take in a few days he was able to get it fixed the next day. The price he quoted was very fair and from googling different dealership prices, he charged at least half of what a dealer would of charged. Their facility is large, clean and they have certifications in various vehicle repairs, including Mopar,. It's now been about 3-4 months since the repair and everything is running smoothly. No more leaks. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. You can see by the other reviews that everyone has a positive experience here. James is a really nice, competent and fair person who did a great job with my repair.

Contacted James yesterday about my Air conditioner on my 2014 Chevrolet Captiva not cooling. Brought it in this morning and there was a small leak. He replaced the part and fixed everything in a very timely manner and was very reasonable. If you're needing your vehicle worked on, please give them a try.
