Great work as always. We have been using Ozark Import Specialists over 10 years and have been treated like family since our first visit. Eric and his team listen well and never fail to answer all questions and concerns. Thank you guys for taking care of us.

This place is the reason why folks don’t trust mechanics anymore. I had my Jag S-Type break down on me on the highway and took it here based on a recommendation from Meineke Car Center since they don’t work on Jags. Well it turned out to be a mistake. They called me back and quoted over $1,400 to fix my radiator. I then discussed it with fiancé and she said no way. Googled the cost to fix a radiator and it’s only ~$800 tops. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle they charged me $61.71 to diagnose the problem without ever stating that before. Crooked mechanics. Avoid over paying. Take your imports elsewhere.

Great customer service. Surprised with how efficient they are, they fixed our problem with our BMW at the first visit. They explain well the problems found. We had a super trustworthy and family like experience. Would highly recommend these guys better than the BMW dealership and other BMW shops around town! (We went there and they where no good to us)

Bought a BMW, drove the car for one month no issues. It was time to have the gasket valve cover replaced so electively I took my BMW to Ozark imports and paid them $600 for the job. Two weeks after they worked on my car my car had leaked 5.5 quarts of oil, and no one has worked on the car prior to Ozark imports. Called Ozark back and let them know that my car was leaking oil and that only they had worked on my car. I had to pop the hood and put in some oil to be able to drive it and noticed that the head of a bolt on my engine had been knocked off. Ozark Imports denies doing so. Said they were going to talk to the mechanic and look at my car. The next day they called me 15 minutes before they closed telling me to come pick up my vehicle when I went to pick up my vehicle it had not been touched. They stated that it’s not their fault and they did no such thing to my vehicle saying that the bolt was rusted and corroded. Once I got the car back home I found the head of the bolt , Under the hood around the engine housing and there was no rust no corrosion. So now I’m having to look elsewhere just to have a bolt extracted and another one put in and then find where the car is leaking oil. I do not recommend Ozark imports and I will never recommend them. They are crooked and caused more problems to a car that wasn’t broken at all. This place is Very dishonest! So, basically I paid $600 for them to break my BMW.

“We don’t work on old Land Rovers” they told me when I asked if they could do a bushing replacement on a 2004 Discovery 2. So I guess they’re no longer a European car specialist shop… I was already hesitant to call them after they misdiagnosed my Land Rover four years ago and charged me $900 for a new fuel pump that wasn’t needed, without doing any diagnostics. I then plugged my own diagnostic tool in, found misfiring on several cylinders and lo and behold, my indie mechanic in Farmington who isn’t a “European car specialist” figured out the problem right away as a failed coil pack. My indie mechanic has done tons of work and had no issues. Faithfull Auto, check them out, they did a full engine replacement without breaking a sweat. Why is the import specialist so scared?

Ozark Imports has serviced several of our imported autos for a variety of repairs & maintenance. The work is always done promptly, completely & professionally. They do not try to upsell you on unnecessary work. The front desk personnel are also very good. They are honest about what needs to be done as well as what does not require service . I recommend Ozark for any repair & maintenance needs on the imported auto brands they service. Lou Spagna

Most honest repair shop around! I felt like I had front brake issues but it turned out to be a tire issue instead. Eric brought me back to look at my car up on the lift and explained exactly what the problem was. What kind of repair shop talks you out of spending $500 on brakes that are still good?!! That's what they did! I appreciate their honesty and I will be back!! Thanks!

I brought my Range Rover Sport in for replacement of the air intake manifold gaskets. Quality work and saved me from having to drive to the Land Rover dealership in Tulsa. I don't usually post reviews but thought I should since I had second thoughts about bringing my car here after reading some of the bad reviews. I will definitely use them again for future repairs.

I have had my Land Rover LR3 in for service twice at Ozark Import Specialists. They have always been very easy to work with, and I feel like their prices are 100% fair and reasonable. I found that the parts charges do not have high markups. For anyone used to dealing with import shops, you know most shops will put ridiculous markups on parts. I also have a good idea on the amount of labor it takes to perform the work they did, and their rates were great. It's nice to have an import shop in the area that can work on so many different makes and not take advantage of their customers.

Got my vehicle fixed here and then a month later something completely else breaks down… sounds sus to me. My vehicle has only been owned by me and has less then 50k miles & never had any crazy issues until I brought my vehicle here.

First visit for an oil change & tire inflating. After the first service, the car had an engine problem and became non-drivable. Second visit to fix the engine problem. Another $1,000+ and it still has the same problem. This is why people do not believe private repair shop. Mechanics like you guys are just scammers who make the reputation of car mechanics become worse. If there is anyone reading this review, please do not visit this guys. They won't repair yours. They will destroy yours and make you keep spending money. + I knew my car had some problems, but I had it fixed before at another repair shop. It has had no problem at all since then. BUT on the day I visited you guys for "oil change", the engine did not start 30 min after your service. It never had a problem, but it started to have a problem after you. Then, who should I blame? And also, you changed the starter? I cannot even believe that too because IT IS NOT STARTING AT ALL. When did you change your reply? haha As a previous customer, I just recommend people not to visit you. And you don't get my point. "After your service, my car started to have an engine problem which never happened before." Then, who should I blame? You keep mentioning that I decline the repair, but why would I want to repair if I have had no issue? Anyway, Thank you for the reply. I wish a good luck on your business :)

I recently took my car to Ozark Import Specialists for repairs. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain the issue with my car and answer all my questions in a way I could understand. They completed the repairs quickly and efficiently, and I was happy with the final price. My car is running smoothly again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ozark Import Specialists to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop. J Johnson

2011 Volvo XC60 popped 3 ‘service required’ warning lights (city safety, park assist, DSTC) in as many days. Unable to self diagnose, I reluctantly took the vehicle in for diagnostics & repair. The culprit, no signal recieved at the rear differential module. They discovered the issue, but not the cause. Already in $400, I was told the carpet and/or dash would need to come out in order for search for the cause. Additional estimate… $500+. Now I’m for $1000 and no guarantee the issue would be resolved. I love this car, so I gave the go-ahead. I feared the total would easily exceed $1500: The following day, I received a call that car was ‘ready to go’. Total damage $593. Well below my guesstimate and $300 below the combined quote. These guys are fair, efficient and know imports. They also ‘massaged’ the schedule in order to perform the all work while I was out of town. If you live in NW Arkansas and own an import, look no further... These are your guys!

Just had my BMW 335i's entire motor rebuilt by these amazing guys! It was a big job! These guys know what they are doing! Kept me informed and had awesome recommendations on replacing parts that needed to be replaced that I didn't know I needed. Reasonable priced and I'm very satisfied! Great job Clay on the work! And thank you Nick for all you did to keep the ball rolling on such a lengthy build! I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing any work done on their Euros! Matt.

Great repair quality, good speed and decent price. Only rating 3 stars as my particular repair was a convertible and was left uncovered during a hailstorm. The hood and trunk took quite a bit of hail damage, and the top has one spot that will assuredly develop into a hole soon. I'm satisfied with the clutch job, but sad that it wasn't at least covered during the storm.
