I brought my old 2014 Buick in for repairs. While I was getting a soft drink, Eber (sp?) started talking to me about a deal that had going on. I had been in the market for a new car, but no one could get me into a car for the price I could afford. I had given up and was prepared to spend thousands of dollars to fix my old one. He enticed me into looking at the deal they could do. Let me tell you I was amazed. I got a 2026 Buick Encore GX at well below the MSRP. No other dealer had anything near the discount he showed me. They even gave me a fair trade for my old sick Buick. I have never gone away happy with the deal I got on a new car for my entire life until Crain Buick. Getting a soft drink saved me thousands of dollars!! Thanks for being such a great salesman, Eber!!

I came in to get the oil changed and to have 2 things looked at. One was the message on the screen that says that the traction control needs service and the other is a feeling of a miss in the engine under load. We left and the tire pressure monitor does not work, traction light still pops up (mainly when stopped) and we had the E-Brake auto set at a stoplight out of nowhere.

Scheduled appointment over a week in advance for 7am. No call by 3pm so I called and was told "1 recall is done but not the other, let me have your service advisor get back to you". After no call, I call back and my service advisor proceeded to tell me "we're backed up and haven't started on it yet, we'll get it in first thing in the morning". First issue I've had with this dealership as they usually do a good job but this one left me without transportation unnecessarily.

I have used Crain GMC Springdale for all my service on my 22 GMC Canyon I bought at Superior siloam with 10,000 miles but Crain is closest to my house & on way to from work…. I’ve done routine maintenance & GMC warranty work thru them and found they are great, friendly, and the only issue was GMC getting parts in a timely manner (not their fault). Josh, Chris, & Harrison are the main guys I talk to in service & they do a great job. I have used their courtesy shuttle before as well…. They are backed up on a waiting list for a loaner if your rig will be in the shop a while I found out. So far they’ve replaced a module for my OnStar, worked on my air conditioner, replaced the thermostat hosing, thermostat, & temperature sensor. Thank God for warranties. This was all under either bumper to bumper (30,000) or my power train (60,000) but they also work w CNA which I also purchased top package w $100 deductible up to 100,000 miles. I’m currently at 54,000. If you do use CNA turn in all your problems under one ticket so your charged only 1 deductible too….I’ll continue to use Crain GMC Springdale for all my GMC needs!

They did a good job doing the service on my truck but they had my truck for a month and they were not calling me updating me much I had to call and ask what was going on! Tony is great other than that he handled all my issues and was pretty straightforward about everything that needed to be done. Overall it wasn’t a horrible experience I just wish i got my truck back a little sooner and got updated on what’s going on at least once or twice a week.

If you were to look up the definition of mismanaged, rude, and unprofessional, you would find this dealership. I have never been so disappointed—not only with the service this dealership claims to provide, but also with how I was treated as a customer. I brought my car in October 2025 for a neutral safety switch issue. What should have been a relatively simple repair turned into a nearly five-month ordeal, during which I was without my vehicle far longer than anyone should reasonably expect. From the very beginning, communication was abysmal. There were multiple occasions where I waited on hold for over two hours, calls were never returned, and yet the dealership later claimed they were “waiting on me” despite never reaching out. Any meaningful communication only occurred after I escalated the situation to General Motors’ home office, which should never be necessary just to get basic updates on a vehicle. As time went on, it became clear the problem was never properly diagnosed. Parts were replaced based on guesswork rather than a confirmed root cause, resulting in unnecessary repairs and additional charges. At one point, a mechanic actually told me that my guess was as good as his regarding what was wrong with the vehicle. That statement alone is deeply concerning, especially coming from someone who is supposed to be a certified professional. To make matters worse, my car was returned to me in worse condition than when I brought it in. When it was initially dropped off, the issue was isolated to the neutral safety switch and the rest of the electrical systems were functioning properly. When I was finally able to retrieve my vehicle, it was no longer in a functional state at all—to the point where the dealership had to ask me what the mileage on my vehicle was since the odometer suddenly was no longer working. On top of all this, the staff was extremely difficult to work with. Rather than being helpful or solution-oriented, interactions were consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Of everyone I dealt with, Harrison (Service Center Staff) and Derek Calhoun (General Manager) exemplified this behavior the most. Instead of helping resolve the situation, they repeatedly put up roadblocks that delayed the release of my vehicle. The final straw was being asked to leave work early and drive to the dealership for a conversation that easily could have been handled over the phone. Once I arrived, their “solution” to not being able to fix the problem—after making it worse—was to suggest that I purchase a different vehicle from them. At that point, it was clear they were no longer interested in resolving the issue, only in extracting more money. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. This dealership took a manageable issue and made it significantly worse through poor communication, ineffective diagnostics, and unprofessional conduct. I strongly caution others against using this dealership for any service. Based on my experience—and others I’ve since learned about—I would not be surprised if this happens again to another customer.
