Great fast service, and they go above and beyond. I ended up suddenly needing to get my car serviced and was without a car. Not only was an employee kind enough to help drive me to work after getting my car dropped off, but after a debacle with missing the last bus to arrive before close, I was offered to be picked up and brought back so I could pick up my car the same day. This is immensely appreciated, and I want to share this super positive customer experience.

We brought our car for an oil change and tire rotation. Going to Meineke for 15 years and never really had any issues going. Paid $140 this time and tires were not rotated, same tires were in the same spot when we got home. Then the last oil change we had, we question if the oil change was ever done, as fluids were not topped off. Our coolant was extremely low. Very disappointing! Now we have to waste our time and effort to go back to see if they will make this right.

I was traveling from Maine back to New York when the car jolted on the highway and the engine light came on. I was lucky to be able to drive to meineke car care center. They took the car in right away. I was able to drive home safely the next day!! Service was great!

I booked my appointment online the night before. I dropped it off for them to fix. They called me and told me the price. They even gave me a coupon. But they never told me it was ready. I lost my car for Saturday and Sunday and had to make arrangements until I could pick it up on Monday. They were nice but not very communicative.

They replaced my mufflers. The also did not put my chrome covers back on and never said a word to me about it. 2 months later I’m following my car in a U-Haul and notice they were not there. I called meinekee. They said they were weld on the old mufflers so they threw them out. I asked why they didn’t tell me. They had no answer. Then they blamed me. Said well what would have done. Bought new ones. I said of course. It should have been my decision he said fine but then now. I could not believe it. So I paid another $80 to replace them too. Then they tried to sell me tires too. I will never go there again. So upset.

Wow what’s horrible service. I got an inspection sticker. I asked for a printout or a receipt and he treated me like I was crazy. I needed the receipt because the dealership was going to give me a refund and these people acted like a receipt was going to close down their business. I’ve come here for my inspection sticker for ten years. I’ll never ever come back. Absolutely terrible customer service.

The front suspension in my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek felt like it was a little bit loose. I brought it in to have a vehicle inspection done. They found that I needed sway bars and struts in the front. They were able to do the work that same day and now my suspension feels much better. They also replaced the valve stem sensors for my tire pressure monitor system (TPMS).

They make the process so simple. It takes just a few seconds to book the appointment for a weekend service. The customer service was exceptional and they worked with me on the price to accomplish what I needed and not go over my budget. I would definitely use them again. It is very difficult to find a garage that will take an appointment the next day and in most cases it’s a two week waiting period. I booked the appointment on a Friday and my brakes or serviced on Saturday. How can you beat that?
