I was stopped with my van, smoke coming out of the hood. A mechanic from their shop who had his day off, stopped to look at my van. He called his shop, Friday afternoon, and the owner said to tow it there, and he would check it out. He discovered the problem almost instantly, taking a video under the van, showing me the problem. The parts places didn't have the parts I needed, so tomorrow he will flare some lines between the radiator and the transmission, repairing the problem. Very nice people there, very helpful, when most everyone says make an appointment next week, etc. I'm very happy with the kindness of their mechanic who helped me out, and the people there who are so helpful. Nothing but good things to say.
