it's hard to schedule for a oil change now. they kept saying they're slow behind even though I already have a schedule. I scheduled 3 different appointment on 3 different day but they can't still take me, I said that I can wait 4 to 5 hours to see what they do, then they told me that " you have to leave the vehicle with us" then I said " okay " the guy came out and check my vehicle then said that we don't have your oils rightnow because your vehicle uses a specific oils. I ended up without getting my oils change. they literally just don't want to take me, I checked on app and in-store as well that the oils still available. I think Walmart need to raise the wage, the staff was show up late (that's what they told me when they were talking about getting behind) and only 1 guy there.

I did an oil change at this Walmart in Worcester, and now we went to do the next change and discovered that the oil cap on my Honda Odyssey was broken. I took my car to Walmart thinking I would get a special service but unfortunately they broke the part and didn't say anything. The other day I took the car to change the tires at Walmart in Leicester and they damaged the tire pressure sensors. two services performed but with a defect in the provision of the service.

Kind of ridiculous that I made a 5:30 appointment at 1:30pm the same day and showed up to find out it had been cancelled. Their auto center door was blocked off, and I was told they cancelled all appointments after 5 because they had no technicians. I told the guy at the desk I got multiple confirmations by text and email. He says he called everyone to cancel; well, I never got a call. Then he asks what time I booked it. I said 1:30 and he goes “that’s why, I called everyone at 11.” So because I booked after their mass cancellation, it’s somehow on me that the system still let me schedule it? How is that not their mistake? Unprofessional at best. The only “solution” was for me to come back Sunday, which I clearly said I couldn’t do, that’s why I booked today. Total waste of time and gas. Won’t happen again. Thanks for nothing!

Went there because I had a flat tire and the pressure sensors was not reading correctly. I also had the flat tire in the trunk. They wouldn't check the tire because they didn't have the sensor in stock and they will get a sensor in few days. I've asked if they could fix the tire because I had a long drive the next day, and I'll come back later to replace the sensor. I didn't want to drive 300 miles on the donut. They refused to fix the tire because the sensor is bad and they didn't want to violate store policy.

Today, I was going to get my oil change, and I tried telling them a note that the gear shift is slightly out of place, told me that they’re unable to do cause of that. I decided to call the Walmart in leicester i told what happened at the Walmart in worcester, they told me it wouldn’t be a problem to perform my oil change. Even the one in leicester said that Worcester Walmart are lazy. Don’t waste ur time, money, and gas at that place.

I was a bit skeptical at first—Walmart Auto has a 2.8-star rating—but my experience was actually solid. I bought tires for my Polestar 2 through them because they had the best prices, even for premium brands. On the day of the appointment, I showed up on time and they got me in right away. They say it takes about an hour, but I gave myself 2–3 hours just in case. Everything was done smoothly. They don’t do alignments, but that’s easy enough to get done elsewhere. Overall, way better than expected—I’d go back for tire installs.

Will call to cancel your appointment stating they have no staff. Then when you reschedule. You wait 2 weeks out for next available appt. All for them to cancel your order and return your tires before your appointment.

I made an appointment for an oil change for 12:30PM on a Saturday. I showed up at 12:25 and saw both oil change bays empty, so I pulled up to the parking spot in front of a bay, outside the traffic travel lane. A mechanic not working on a car told me I had to go park in the lot, and repeated his instruction when I said I had an appointment. This seemed pretty inefficient, but I did it. The door into the auto care center was blocked by cones, so I had to go in through the garage. Coming back out required someone with a code to open the door; I wonder how the fire marshal would feel about that. I got in line behind 3 other people for the sole person at the service counter. 15 minutes later, I was able to check in. I asked for a specific oil with a rebate promotion, and he checked and told me it was available. They finally had my keys around 12:50. When I got the phone notification that my car was ready, I went back to the auto care desk. My partner discovered the car had been left unlocked, which was convenient for them to load our groceries but not great otherwise. I stood in line for another ten minutes, again with just one person handling a line of 5 people. Then I could pay and depart, still through the code-locked door. The cherry on top was when I went to redeem the rebate for the oil purchase… just to discover on the receipt that they had given me a different kind of oil than what I asked and paid for. I'll be following up more directly on that front.

Don't bother calling this place Saturday through Sunday nobody ever answers it's a joke, I'm tired of it Leicester is the better option. These tire shops get extremely busy and they're not always gonna answer but Leicester answers 2 times out of 3. Worcester never does. This time was a simple inquiry, I called Thursday, Friday, Saturday,Sunday. NOTHING

I would give 0 stars. Showed up on time for my appointment for installation of my new tires. Was told the wait time would be 45 minutes but ended up waiting 2 hours. Also after finally leaving, my check engine light turned on which has never been an issue as this is a new car. DO NOT COME HERE

No one answers the phone. I order tires and my appointment was cancelled. I call corporate and they couldn't do anything. Idk why this place always has issues. No ones at the desk . They dont honor appointments and they cancel your order without talking to you . Im pretty sure they sold my tires before my appointment .

This is the second time I’ve had a very poor experience at this store. I had an appointment scheduled from 7:00–8:00 AM, but I was kept waiting for nearly 40 minutes. There was only one staff member available to assist customers. If the store isn’t able to honor appointment times, there’s no point in asking customers to book appointments and arrive on time.

DO NOT COME HERE I should have checked reviews before I booked this appointment because all of the reviews are correct. They do not respect your time. when you have an appointment doesn't matter, because I was told an hour and online said an hour and then when I dropped off my car, they said an hour and forty five minutes, and at the hour and forty five minute mark, they told me another thirty minutes.So two hours and thirty minutes later, I finally was able to take my car. Im glad I didnt have somewhere else to be. I arrived twenty minutes early and didn't get checked in for my appointment, until twenty minutes after the appointment had started. When I checked at the hour and forty five minute mark, and they said an additional thirty minutes i asked do appointments mean nothing? The guy said we can't help it if we get backed up.How are you backed up at nine o'clock in the morning?Will not be returning.

Dont bother. They dont honor appointments . No ones ever there to answer the phone or help at the desk. People will walk by and ignore you waiting at the counter. Can never get ahold of anyone by phone. This place is so run down. All to save 20 bucks a tire. Its not worth this headache. Ive had so many cancelled appointments here and they are unprofessional. There's no one to submit complaints to. No manager around. They dont show up to work on time or the techs call out. This place should just be shut down. all they do is piss people off. . This place does not care about customer service. Ive had 3 different appointments canceled.

I order tires on line scheduled install online. All that went well. I even got a reminder about my appointment the day before. I went at the schedule time I had, waited in line for 20 minutes. I was early so no issue. Then when I got to the counter they said my appointment was cancelled. they looked for another 10 minutes and could not figure it out. One person said they suspected fraud and sent the tires back, and the other person said maybe they did have tires. But in any case they said they did not have the tires and I would have to order online again and start over. There was nothing they could do.
