On this go round, I'm not satisfied at all. I brought my truck in for enginee light(emissions) they check & said we know exactly what it is. I took it in they fix it, my light came on again. I took it back in they said don't worry we got it this time. We'll this will be my 5th time taking it back. The only reason why I keep taking it back to them because it's came with a warranty. It looks like I'm going to have to pay it all over again and take it to someone who can fix this issue. Each tine I take the cat to them I have to rent a car for work. I'm wasting so much money. I pray they get it right this time.

My roommate has taken his car here FIVE TIMES in the past MONTH and every single repair has been done incorrectly and failed after max 1 week. They never addressed the problem that was right in front of them from the start (the alternator) and instead kept replacing the battery, which would result in it dying days later each time. When they finally did replace the alternator, they put in the wrong one. The only reason he kept taking the car here was to try to get the replacement repairs at a discounted price since it was the fault of the mechanic. My roommate is a recent college grad and this Meineke has screwed him out of $1500 at least with all these lazy inspections and incorrect repairs. They take advantage of people who look like they don’t know much about cars and misdiagnose vehicles on purpose so that they can overcharge for problems that aren’t the actual problem. I have also had a terrible experience here in the past with my own vehicle, where they told me 4 things that were wrong with the car, then when I took it to the dealership, they said the real problem was that I needed my whole engine replaced. I would have been out thousands of dollars if I would’ve let Meineke repair my vehicle. The only reason we have ever even used this mechanic is because of how close it is to our house, but never EVER again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

This place is ok as for oil change have to wait 2 hr even I have scheduled appointment. Was told tire rotated but did not rotate actually. And price wise is ok as you get same price elsewhere too.

I had purchased online through Groupon for an oil change here. No appointment was required but I called to make sure they had availability. When I came in the manager was very nice and had told me that for my vehicle (VW JETTA) I had to purchase a filter because the standard filter that came with the Groupon purchase wouldn’t work. It took only a little (15min) until my car was done!

Did not fix what I wanted fix, they were well aware of what needed to be fixed and did not pursue it, instead I'm driving off with the same problem. They won't give me my money back or address the real issue with my car so I will be notifying the BBB and Consumer Affairs.. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS! I'm out of $1400 dealing with these SCAMMERS!

I’d nominate Kevin, the manager, for employee of the year. He knew exactly what the problem was, the most inexpensive workaround (old car with hard to find parts) and the car was finished in a day. I'm giving one star because 0 stars is not an option. If your car is capable of moving at all, drive past this abomination of a shop. I went in for a routine brake and alternator replacement. When they were done, I left the shop and within 1/4 mile my car cabin began to fill with an industrial smelling smoke that was also billowing out from under the hood. They didn't even test drive the car after my repairs or they would have caught this. After being towed back into their shop, they told me they would fix the problem. They did fix it and I was told the root cause of the issue was "a defective replacement part (alternator)." To make things worse, the mechanic's greasy smudge marks were left on the interior of my car. I know they get dirty and I respect them, but smudge marks on the interior? Insane. Also the interior still has an industrial burning scent 2 days after the repair. The manager offered no type of service recovery to smooth out the botched incompetent job. No partial refund. Nothing, saying only "sorry, we already closed out your ticket." This was gross incompetence in every way. Do not go here under any circumstances. (Thanks for the ride Flaco).
