They was 1st using Firestone name and now I see they changed it to tilden. do not go here I repeat do not go here these ppl will mess your car up and act like they did not do it and they keep changing their name because of bad reputation they are located on 145 N willow st Trenton nj

They touched stuff i didn’t ask them too! Horn and buttons no longer work... took a whole month just for my car to still b messed up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Lied about cost of tire sensors. Ended up being $100 more than I approve AND they didn’t even set them up. Plus they tried to keep my old tire that had tread on it after expressly telling them I wanted to keep it. Very disappointed and won’t go back.

They had my car for an entire MONTH for a transmission repair. Then i finally get my car back and my car is messed up in so many ways!(horn mysteriously doesn’t work, interior is not the way i left it). They clearly do not have proper car care at their shop. Their time management is horrible!! All they do is lie and waste your time !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !

Turned in my car Saturday for a simple brake and alignment fix. Which should take 2 hours or a day depending on the line. It’s 3 days now and I have to take my kid to the doctors tomorrow. I’m spending more money on Uber than to get my car fixed. That’s no bueno. This my first complaint and review for anything. I don’t get ticked easily. They come up with excuses why your car isn’t done yet but I watched first hand that they skip people because of people they know or they are just not professional. Never going here again. Either they’re lazy or not proficient at their jobs. Or they’re telling the truth and not prepared with tools needed for average task.

As winter approaches, my tire pressure was low. They put air in all my tires. They were fast and efficient. Very nice guys highly recommend.
