As with any 30+ year old vehicle, parts wear out and require replacement. I am VERY glad Meineke is just down the road from me! What sets this location apart from many others is the service is more than just vehicle service, its personal service as well. The manager is friendly, knowledgeable, remembers names, and makes each customer feel special, especially when they have owned their vehicle for an extended amount of time. The techs are dedicated professionals for giving the best service and remember customer names, as well. If you're ever in Spring Valley NV? Swing by these folks if you need a quick battery service or an oil change. You will not be disappointed.

We purchased a coupon to replace engine oil service. They did not accepted the coupon at the same day with no good reason and told us to come in another day. There were not many cars waiting to service at that time.

So overpriced $89 for an oil change. Also misdiagnosed so many things with my car- two different mechanics looked at it afterward and verified they were wrong and overcharged me. They said I had a bubble in my two of my tires and there’s was a separation (it was the joint of the tire, I went to a tire shop afterwards and there was no separation ). The laundry list they tried to have my pay for is insane.

My recent experience have cause me to never have business with you. I came in for an oil change Only. But since my check engine light was on the worker convinced me to do a thorough diagnostic for my Nissan Cube 2010. So I agreed to pay the 100 since I needed to know anyways cause my cube is my moneymaker. I use it for dashing. After all is done 2 hours later the worker tells me all the codes and advices me of a fuel leak. Gave me an estimate of 1100 service cost. He must I’ve forgot I came ther only for an oil change. Since I could not afford it I declined the service. He advices me that he need at least an hour to put my car back together and I can go on my way. I waited and when it was ready I paid the 100 for the diagnostic. Since I declined the service the workers demeanor change to attentive to nonchalant way. I got my keys and got in my Cube. The car started with no issues then I drove about 300 feet before the light of jones and Tropicana. I was stopped waiting to make a left when my car just died. I tried to start the engine multiple times with no luck. Pump the gas a little. I then called Meineke and spoke to the same worker and told him that my car just died in the middle of traffic. He then tells me that my fuel pump must of given out which it is the service that they wanted me to approve. I argued with him and told him that I came there with no problem and now all of a sudden my fuel pump is blown. I do not believe in coincidences. I ask him well what are you going to do. He offered to give me his towing company s number so they can tow it back to the shop. Why do I need to be the one calling when you took apart my car and now fuel is leaking everywhere so much that it left a puddle on the street. Luckily some guy came to help me push my car out of the way. My car would still be running if I did not take it to Meineke. I think you should compensate me by fixing what ever it needs for my vehicle to run again. I came with my vehicle to Meineke just needing an oil change and left with a vehicle that is inoperable. I will be sharing my experience through media with photos.

Was greeted with respect by Nelson. I explained my concern about the noise I heard underneath my car when driving.Nelson and William checked out my car right away and told me that my Tie rod on the driver's side was damaged and needed to be replaced. Usually when one is damaged he explained, that both should be replaced and then the tires needed to be aligned. He gave me an estimate of the cost and I agreed to have it taken care of. I did not have to make an appointment because they could still do it the same day. I was pleased with the service and the respect of Nelson and William I recommend this place if anyone has problems with their vehicle.

Went in for an oil change. I had a coupon that included a free tire rotation with the oil change, which I needed done soon to keep the warranty on my tires good. The tire rotation wasn’t done 🤦‍♂️. On top of that, there is a 10% shop fee for all work done…I’ve never seen this for an oil change before because there are no random parts that will need to be used (e.g., washers, brake cleaner, etc.). This was my first and last visit thrown into one trip. Thoroughly unimpressed.
