Terrible service…. Brought vehicle in because it had a small flutter and the check engine light came on. 4 days , 1500 dollars later The car sounds 10 times worse because there is a crack that they said knew was there but couldn’t locate. The vehicle got much worse after they change the sensor on top of the catalytic converter so now they wanna charge me another $1800, $700 just in labor to fix the problem that they possibly created but definitely made worse. The worst part of this is even though they said they knew there was a crack and couldn’t locate it. No one told us the risk of changing the sensors before we found it. No one said That there was a chance that we could ruin and possibly need to replace The Catalytic converter. We were told it doesn’t happen every time By Mr. Kevin Glover behind the counter Which indicates to us that they absolutely knew there was a chance that this could happen yet they went ahead and did it anyways without warning us at all not even so much as a phone call because this definitely wasn’t explained as a possibility when we gave them the go ahead to start working on the vehicle. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies This isn’t the first time they’ve done this to one of our vehicles I just honestly thought it was bad luck last time But now I’m quite sure That this place is just prepared to get as much money as they can out of everyone. Also, I’m not sure if Mr. Glover has been at his position too long But a personal friend of mine Who has worked on cars for a long time came up to listen to the vehicle with my wife. I’m not sure what Mr. Glover’s issue with him was, but while my friend was trying to figure out what could possibly have happened to make it sound so much worse, as he has definitely heard the vehicle many times he informed him that if he interrupted him speaking again that he would have him removed from the The building… so I would be prepared to be told what’s going on rather than have a discussion. I guess Mr.Glover requires you to listen to the entire long drawn out explanation before you can ask questions. I was willing to deal with their outrageous prices Because I thought I was going to get the Problem fixed correctly and quickly And that was not the case. But don’t worry They will be super friendly and “compassionate” As they take you to the cleaner.

I wanted to say that I had never been to a mechanic that used the process that you guys do, with the text of all the findings on my car e pictures, and I had to approve or deny each one , I thought that was a really efficient way to do this service! I came into the shop while I was visiting family for just a few days after hitting a pothole that damaged my muffler. I was able to come in pretty much immediately and got a quote to have the rear part of my exhaust replaced in just a few minutes. The quote was extremely under my expectations and they told me that they would have it ready by closing time the next day as it would take just a little time to actually receive the replacement. Well, not just on the same day, but less than 4 hours after I had dropped it off, I got a call saying it was done. These guys were nice, professional, expedient and did quality work. I couldn't be happier, so thanks fellas.

I brought my vehicle into this local meineke Car Care Center and my vehicle left out worse than I brought it in. The manager wanted to charge me more money to fix up the mistake that they made. Going back-and-forth with the manager only escalated the matter and it was no resolution for my concerns. I have contacted the Monarch corporate offices, now I am going to contact the better business bureau to see if this man can be resolved in that fashion.

Staff was great really took the time to go over everything on the vehicle. I was coming in fot battery replacement but the battery was 2025 had just purchased the vehicle. so replace an old coil on the battery ran a diagnostics on the vehicle that helped me provide info to the dealer about a part that needs to be replaced. Will come back for future service .

Very untrustworthy shop. The owner scammed me out of thousands of dollars. He promised me that him and his shop would resolve my cars issues, however, the same issues persisted the day after it was "fixed" by the owner and Meineke. My car was then re evaluated by another shop a week after and they informed me that Meineke should've informed me to pursue another vehicle but instead they had me pay to replace and input new parts which was unnecessary. The people at this shop have no moral standards, please take your money elsewhere. God Bless!
