I have a Nissan and go here for oil changes. You don't need an appointment for the express. In and out in about an hour or less. The waiting room has beverages and snacks that are free and also a TV to watch. Staff are friendly.

Easy to use and always are able to repair. But it's never done in time frame they give you and you will wait forever if you're waiting on them to call you back. You have to call them.

After a terrible experience at my local dealership, it was so nice to visit a competent, professional business. Even though this dealership is over an hour from my house, I will make the trip just to have this level of customer service!

Went in to get new brakes. Left with a dented/scratched hood and scuffed rim. To their credit, they did offer to repair the rim. That was only after I had to press for it and elevating to the service manager. As far as the damage to my hood, they are refusing to accept fault. Lesson learned today, take pictures of your vehicle prior to service.

Zero stars is not available as an option. Bobby: One of the service center estimate representatives so entirely wronged me with his pricing. I’m not sure how he can sleep at night. I had my 2017 Nissan Maxima looked at by a different service center who told me that my evaporator was broken causing my Air Conditioner not to work in my car. He said that I would unfortunately have to go to a dealership to have it replaced and that the part would be $800-900 with the parts/labor probably costing between $1500-2000 total. I called and spoke to Bobby at sandy Sansing and he told me that they might have the part and that they had done quite a few of these recently and that I should expect $1500-2000 total because the part was $800-900 and it would take 2-3 days to do all the work. He told me that they would do there own inspection of the car first which would cost $322 to make sure that it was actually the evaporator however the $322 would be included in the cost of the repair $1500-2000 so long as they did the repair. I dropped my car off and he called back to say that it would cost $2600 plus tax to fix the evaporator. I asked why it cost so much more than what he had told me and he reiterated that the part had cost more than he had thought. He sent me over an itemized bill after repair and the part was only $913 (plus a couple of o rings and seals bringing the cost up to $1000 and he had charged me $1600 for the labor. They finished it in 1 day. I challenged him when I came to pick it up reminding him that he had estimated $1500-2000 total including $800-900 for the part and asked how he had charged me so much more for labor when it took so much less time. He said that he had estimated it wrong at first but said that he had made a mistake and had told me the new total ($2600 plus tax) before he started the work. I told him that he left me very little choice since he had told me that he was going to charge me $350 including tax, to inspect the problem (even though I had already had it inspected elsewhere and we knew what the problem was), so he had me between a rock and a hard place. I appealed to him to honor the original estimate and reduce the price down but he was unwilling and just said that even though he had changed the price and GROSSLY OVER CHARGED AT LEAST $600-1100 more than he had estimated after bragging that they had done many such repairs in the last couple days (and thus adding weight to his estimate and persuading me to trust myself to them instead of calling more places). I WILL NEVER GO TO SANDY SANSING EVER AGAIN. This man so poorly represented them and disrespected me and the wages that I work so hard for to provide for my family by his indifference and negligence and price gouging. I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR THEIR SERVICE NEEDS AS WELL AS THEIR VEHICLE PURCHASES. If I could talk to Sandy Sansing himself, I would caution him to hire better people. God is not mocked: whatsoever a man sows, so shall he reap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR SERVICE AND PRICING THAT IS LIES AND FALSEHOODS. Your money is worth more than that. Service that is trustworthy is worth it, but when people lie to you; it is a betrayal.

My wife has a 2012 Frontier truck (which we bought from this dealer), and they have serviced it since then. This service dept. is very professional, the service advisors very pleasant and straight with her. She just had it serviced again last week and she was very pleased. She was given updates by her advisor, Chris Wood, as to what had been completed and what was left. The cost was what we were told to expect, and they did a great job. The techs do a very nice job. And she's always appreciative that they vacuum and run it through the car wash before leaving it with her. We would recommend this dealership and service dept. to anyone looking to purchasing a Nissan.

My mother in law was visiting from out of town and her cruise control sensor wasn't working. We brought it in on 2/12 and paid to have it looked at. She was told the sensor need to be replaced which was going to be well over 2,000 dollars and paid to have it repaired. Luckily they didn't have the part and made it seem like a big deal to get ahold of one so she decided to just take it in when she got home. Long story short they where wrong and the sensor needed to just be recalibrated. My mother in law saved 1600 dollars by having the work done at a reputable nissan dealer instead. Stay away from these guys they will rip you off big time!
