I had to have my new 2026 Equinox tail gate repainted. They did an excellent job & I was very pleased. Then I had tiny rock chips in the hood & they gave me a little bottle of paint to touch that up. They are always very helpful each time I visit.

bought a car through carvana, and carvana did not list multiple cracks within the trunk. furious i contacted carvana and they sent me a list of shops. Gross and Son was one listed, and i’m so glad i chose them!!! they have been nothing but great. they’re communication is top tier and every worker i came across was beyond sweet. while they had my car i received multiple calls with updates about the process! highly recommend this shop!

Gross & Son has earned all my business for the foreseeable future. They maintained good contact and were always prepared to answer my questions throughout the process of repairing my Model 3. Highly recommend anyone with a Tesla (or any other vehicle for that matter) to not hesitate to take your vehicle in to G&S. The only hiccup in the whole process was Tesla's supply chain being behind as usual. And regardless, the wait time reflected in the quality and value of the workmanship at G&S. They even went above and beyond to wash and detail my car as well as have it fully charged when it was ready for pickup. Thanks to the whole team at Gross & Son!

I strongly recommend this body shop for your Tesla! They meet up to your expectations and these people are very friendly. Every time I called to see the progress of my body work they always had the best feedback and answered all my questions politely. Outstanding service and repairs to my brand-new car that was hit by iron and rubber shrapnel from an exploding truck tire and wheel on the way home from the dealership. The Gross and Son team prepared a thorough estimate and then repaired damage and repainted the front bumper to look exactly like new. I would not take my cars to anyone else for body repairs and/or repainting. Thank you for a superb job expertly completed at a very fair price! Hands down the best Paint & Body Shop in Pensacola!

Getting into my accident was/still has been one of the worst inconveniences. However, Adam made getting my car repaired as breezy as possible. He would always give me prompt updates, go above and beyond to explain things, and was just all around very kind and communicative. Even when the at fault party's insurance gave them trouble, Adam kept me in the loop and did everything he could. When it finally came time to pick up my car, they washed the outside and thoroughly vacuumed the inside. It was so nice to come back to a clean car and perfectly repaired car. Adam is the best!

Wasn’t expecting three weeks to finish our job, which was primarily cosmetic, concentrated to the drivers side left front fender and adjacent mirror, which had a few scratches. The fender was successfully completed, however, the mirror was not. Upon asking why the mirror wasn’t fixed, they stated that it was not on the estimate and thus we would have to bring the car back in and submit a supplemental claim, which would mean more time. In hindsight, review thoroughly with the estimator the areas of the car he is presenting to be repaired and try to get a timeline of how long it will take, thus, determining whether or not to get a rental car, we had no idea our timeline would be 3 weeks.

I got T-Boned in Texas while getting medical treatments for my bride, and we definitely didn't need this to happen. I was able to tow my 5th wheel back to Florida. Went to Gross & Son's P&B on the recommendation of a friend. Everyone kept telling me that it's going to be totaled out that there was too much damage, not what I wanted to hear. These guys did an amazing job! I'm Extremely pleased, I had them fix some small dings that weren't from the accident and blend the paint on all areas left undone by the insurance, so it looked better than before! This was a big job, but they worked hard and got it done just in time for us to hook up the 5th wheel and head back to Texas. Life rarely goes as planned, and Murphy certainly can toss a wrench into them for sure! But it's Great to know Guys like these that can take care of the Murphy Situations when they do happen! Highly Recommend These Guys! Hope I don't need them anytime soon! 🙏 🤞🙏🤞

From the moment you seek Service, you know this Company is different…extremely professional, technically competent, understands the customer’s specific concerns which will be Incorporated/and reflected in the Service Plan and Final Service Result. Our family, has a long history of satisfaction with this Company. Vehicle Collisions, are now a part of this World we all live in…for our family, all of our experiences have occurred through no fault of our own…but, the burden of Vehicle Repair and Life Interruption is real and must be endured. The good news, is you know that Gross and Sons will be there for you through the process, and your Vehicle will be returned to you with the amazing result as promised. WOW… what a great experience.. professional, friendly and the finished result….. Amazing!!!! From the service of my rental from Enterprise throughout the whole process at Gross and Sons. I want to personally thank Eddie, Christie, Mike, Steve and Roseann. These people become family and yes they care about your vehicle and make sure you are satisfied. Steve in the collision department did a super job fighting with the insurance company to make sure all was taken care of. They did a remarkable job on my 2024 Land Rover Defender. I picked it up and opened the door… they had totally detailed it inside and out. It was as new as the day it was purchased. I personally would never go anywhere else. I now tell my family and friends to do the same. Do yourself a favor and request Gross and Sons Paint and Body when you have a need. If you only need a detail service..they have that service to all as well.

A little bit back I was in need of a body shop for my Tesla due to 2 different collisions (deer and a mailbox). I found Gross & Son on the Tesla website for certified repairs. I just have to say they did a fantastic job! Mike, Steve and Christie were my points of contact. They made the process easy and took care of me and my car. My Tesla looks like she just rolled out of the showroom. They went above and beyond between fully charging it (very thankful since we live a good distance away) and a full deep detail inside and out. I recently had to have a large scratch/dent repaired on my driver’s side front and passenger doors. The team at Gross and Sons was so professional and courteous. They got me in for an estimate within about 30min of my phone call and then the work got started 24hrs later. They finished two days earlier than originally expected and the paint job is flawless. You can’t even tell that anything happened and the paint matches perfectly. My car was returned in pristine condition. Their pricing was very competitive and I will definitely be returning for any future needs.

I had a small door ding on my Tesla Model S and a Tesla certified body shop is not that easy to come by. I live almost 2 hours away so I had a tight window that I was available for drop off and pick up and this shop did a great job of accommodating my schedule. We are very pleased with the entire G&S experience. We were recommended to them by multiple people, with a quickness, I might add, when I asked if anyone could recommend a good and reputable body shop in Pensacola. I found their website and did the online estimate feature. They reached out so quick in response and went through the issues with me over the phone, amending the online estimate after I gave more detail. Roseann was so nice, helpful, and responsive. They emailed the estimate and gave me a breakdown of what was needed to be repaired. I had to do a down payment for the parts to be ordered, which was fine, and as soon as the parts were in, they scheduled us for repair, which was done very quickly. The main office and lobby area was welcoming and offered snacks, drinks, and even areas to charge your electronics if you are waiting. Their receptionist, Andrea, was super nice and ready for us when we got there. I appreciated that I could pay via a link sent to my email. From soup to nuts, the experience was as painless as they could make it. The only way they could improve it is if they offered their services for free. Well done, Gross & Son!

I’m giving you four stars because you saved me almost $1000 because I didn’t use your services. In fact, the estimate was so high and it had added labor and paint which was unnecessary, I ended up ordering the part online and doing it myself. I’m a musician, it took me 40 minutes. It didn’t require any paint. And it only had eight screws and four clips. It was super easy. Thank you very much for the incredibly high estimate, I would’ve never thought to do it myself unless you gave it to me. My cost: Part used in excellent condition with warranty and all items to install including clips and bolts, $375 +70 for shipping. Labor, 40 minutes. No painting necessary for this type of job. I included your estimate in the photos.
