Car had A/C drain stopped up causing floor to become wet. Quoted $25 to blow it out. Made appt. and the bill was for 49.95!! Dishonerable. First time customer,a widow. Fool me once, shame on you. Will never use again.

Was referred to East Burgess by a coworker. John and the team at East Burgess are true professionals. He did a complete evaluation of my vehicle and gave me my options for repair. They did exactly what was agreed to to do and charged the exact amount he said he would. The repair was longer than expected, to no fault of his own, but he kept me informed and updated regularly. He even made a last minute fix to get me on the road with a working vehicle before Christmas. As long as I live in Pensacola, I'll go to East Burgess Automotive.

Work quality was good. Price was extreme I came in to get 8 spark plugs replaced and left with a $500 dollar bill.. and not to mention half my engine cover Was not on car when I got home I saw was Missing..So now have to make a 40 minute trip back into town to get...

I had previously took my vehicle here a few months ago and spent a hefty 1400 on repairs, here it is four months later my car is back to needing a repair. This time I'm not sure what the problem is, but when I took it my car was running just making a knocking noise but still driveable, so when John Delmar called me to inform me the cost of repairs this time, I decided to hold off but soon after I left his shop my car literally starting smoking. It literally cut off, had to get it towed home. I do not know what was done, but feel like he maliciously alteredmy car because I said dold off on my repairs.This place isnot a good place and John is a CROOK!!I feel like he took advantage of me because I'm a woman and I'm disabled.No good will come to people like him!!

COMPLETE RIPOFFS! 1:12am and waiting for the tow truck. This people are incompetent and haven’t repaired anything. $1700 total and multiple tow costs later, I arrived for the fourth return and John the owner told me, “You’ll have to take this somewhere else, I’m afraid we’re just snake-bit on this.” That’s code for “We charged ya for repairs we didn’t fix, and leave.” Pretty disappointing John. Not a single attempt to make this right. I’ll never forget him telling me he was ‘snake-bit’. Lovely.

I've trusted John's staff several times for many of my vehicles when issues come up. They are always very friendly. This is one of the mom-and-pop style mechanics still left in America. The mechanics are experienced and they've actually worked on decades worth of vehicles. The owner John, has always treated me extremely nice and he's gone out of his way to help several times. I could easily take my vehicles elsewhere, but it's the Hometown hospitality that makes it worthwhile.

My family always goes to John at East Burgess because he the most honest man I've ever dealt with. He only fixes what needs to be done and does so efficiently and at a very reasonable price. He'll, he's even accommodated me when I've been unable to pay in full before. I can't say enough good things about this shop, it's the best experience I've ever had.
