My throttle body lught came on and they said it didn't need to be replaced. It needed to be reset or something like that. I am car clueless and dont remember the exact terminology they used but they could have taken advantage of me and they didn't. Unlike the last experience I had before at another place. They also did a scan type thing and found all issues with my car. They also did a personal check and found struts need to be replaced. They even showed me pictures they took if problems. They are thorough and explain everything so you understand. They give great customer service,very good people. I recommend them as they are honest, thorough and make a stressful situation much better. Especially after being taken advantage of before I will only go to them now.

They pinpointed the problem and it didn't cost me as much as it would have somewhere else. The previous people told me it was something completely different that cost me $1500. For 1 thing that didn't even fix the problem which just got worse 8 months later. I got lucky it didn't break before I took it took Precision Auto.

So my experience started out pretty good but turned disaapointing in the end. I unfortunately had to have some extensive front end work the team waa very friendly infirmative, and cimmunicative afterwards it seemed great aside from a leak so I took it back in they claimed it was fixed and good to go but I kept getting the same concern nor would anyone do an alignment on it due to "loose components" i took it back to them claiming it had the same issue with the steering (the play that i had concerns of) they said to bring it back in in about a month and they would replace the rack again for free which they claimed was the reason for the play in the wheel and denied the loose components. I called left messages, emailed for a time to come in and no one answered or called like they had before. I came back into the location when I couldn't get ahold of anyone for almost 2 weeks and everyone I dealt with prior too had left and a different Manager agreed to look at it after I told him what happened. He claimed it needed a totally different part to be replaced and it would cost 1400 (mind you I had already spent 1700 dollars at this establishment with the main concern NOT resolved) Some of my follow up questions didnt leave me feeling all that great including being told that specific part wouldnt have been touch during their services when i asked. I took it in to a different place I had done business with before (I only didnt continue with them at the time because they do not do business on the weekends) and come to find out this part that needed to be replaced was just loose and needed to be tightened mind you they were able to confirm that the part in question would need to be taken off to have done the work this location did. The other place saved me 1400 dollars and the stress. I really wanted to be able to continue business with this establishment because the crew I dealt with last year tried to go above and beyond in the beginning of my experience but sadly will not be returning.

Great experience! Second time coming in for an oil change. Staff is friendly. They identify all problems, make good suggestions of what needs to be fixed, but don’t try to hard sale you to get it done. Definitely a good experience!

I appreciated the video message , providing transparency , on the new issues that were found on my original course of action. My vehicle which has 240k plus miles now runs like her old self. This review is from a father of his son whose in the Navy. He is relocating for schooling and I asked him to go to his local auto shop to give a once over his vehicle before travelling, fluid changes, antifreeze system flush, and a good overall safety check. He called me throughout the process with only 1 hiccup with a wrong part being ordered, to only be corrected and installed. Needless to say the repairs went great, customer service was 5 stars, and as he was leaving he got down the road a ways only to call me and notified me there was a new issue after the repairs had been made. I asked him to contact the shop and let them know you would be headed back to remedy the issue. After calling late in the evening he was told the mechanic had left for the day. We agreed to visit the local parts shop and see about getting the parts himself and ask for help replacing them. While doing so the employee at the local part store knew the mechanic and recognized my sons vehicle. That being said he got ahold of the mechanic and let him know my son was there to get a part to remedy his issues. The mechanic then told him he would install the part for free, and after hours for him to get him safely back on the road. I've never once been to this location, but I can say from this experiece I will stand on this review and if I ever need ANYTHING in the area done to my vehicle I will 1000% give these guys'/gals' my business. Thank you for all you've done for my son and getting him on the road safely. Not enough can be said about this experience.

10/10 Quick, friendly, efficient service. I showed up the weekend before Christmas with a serpentine belt that was shredding in my Mercedes fully expecting not to be helped until the next week. To my very pleasant surprise they were able to get the parts and turn it around all in the same day. I was fully loaded down, ice chest and all, to head home for Christmas break so it truly was a Christmas miracle to be able to make it home in time. Price was reasonable for the timing and work on a foreign vehicle. Quality has been proven as I drove 6 hours to Louisiana after leaving the shop. This will be my go-to mechanic moving forward. Cannot thank them enough!

He was kind, thoughtful and did everything he could to help her in a very tight spot! I wish more companies treated thier customers the way we were treated here!
