I had the pleasure of meeting some of the nicest most polite, courteous and professional auto dealerships in Pensacola. When I tell you if you are looking to buy an automobile, American Auto Sales is the place to shop they will take care of your needs without the hassle and frustration. Updated How did I go from the above to the below? Buyers Beware. Purchased a vehicle in 2024 from what I thought was honest. When I reached my 1st oil change the company where I usually take my cars notice the drain cap was missing(Had to Suction oil out) in order to get my 1st oil change. I contacted the owner to inquire and was told the oil pan was new. See below a picture of my oil pan before replacement. I had to replace the oil pan at $3??.?? later before I was able to get the 2nd oil change. People should just be honest and tell the truth but it shows me they have no conscience just all about making them $’s.

Be careful 100% we are about to sue this dealership. And found multiple others who had same issues in the past. The owner lies about diagnostics to the vehicles on this lot. He says they are professionally tested and diagnosed by outside experts before on lot. Only to find out they do it themselves. And they are not experts. Our cars transmission and engine went with in 5000 miles off their lot. We got 3 different professional mechanics to look over car and give us statements. All said it’s impossible that this dealership did NOT know this car had major engine and transmission problems before they put on lot. Said this dealership 100% cleared codes then put on lot to sell. I suggest having a professional mechanic and diagnostics before buying any car off their lot. Don’t get yourself stuck in contract with shady dealers like this. Until you have vehicle professionally and properly inspected. Ask for history. When dealers say “AS IS.” Their usually reason they selling “ AS IS “ We purchased an 10,000$ car. And spent 7800$ on new parts with in 3 months and only drove 3500 miles. Be smart. Be safe everyone.

I would never recommend this car lot to anyone. I went to purchase vehicle out right that end up being disaster vehicle. Make sure you turn away from coming here. The way they do business. I purchase a vehicle out the lot that a connecting rod going bad. And not even month of having the vehicle. And how concern was they none. But they take your money no problem. So I strongly recommend for whoever decides to go here turn round and go somewhere else.

Had the best day I think anyone can have while doing something like getting a car because of this spot. Most specifically Courtney! She saved my day and helped walk me through everything to get a great price and really changed my life out here~ She’s kind, quick, and knows her stuff inside and out. I had a lot of hoops she led me through due to my situation and I honestly didn’t think I’d really be able to get a car at all but I did! I’m also so happy with the vehicle and I don’t think I could’ve walked into a better place. So if you’re a first time financer like I was (I think that’s a good word for it???
