Staff (front desk and mechanic) have great customer service and very friendly. We stopped at two other Vannoys and decided to not give them our business because of the front desk terrible attitudes. Got our tires balanced and the mechanic did a complimentary alignment check and checked tire pressure. I would definitely recommend this specific Vannoy over any other shop.

Showed up to Vannoy’s 30 minutes before closing and they got me in no questions asked and had a great attitude despite it being the end of the day. The call was easy and having the work done was easy. I'm new to Pensacola and am surprised how hard it is/was to find honest auto care people. Their customer service was professional and thorough and I'm sorry I didn't know about them when I had to purchase tires recently. They provided service that three other establishments said they could not or would not do for bogus reasons. I will return for tire needs and anything else they can do, should I need those particular services. I'm hoping my car is good for a while and won't need anything but we as car owners never know.

So I had brought some 22 inch rims for my truck and got them over a month ago. I had to wait to get some money to get the tires. I called Vannoys and gave them the tire size and amount I wanted guy said they had to get them from their warehouse and he could get them in 30 mins. I got to store tires were there and no wait took my truck in and zip zip zoom zoom im done less than an hr. Very happy with the professionalism and service great place I'll definitely come back.

Dropped off vehicle to run errands and upon return vehicle untouched. Never informed while delivering vehicle that if you don’t wait on property; you’re moved further back in rotation. Again, this was never communicated so if you’re appealing for a review - today you are a 2 out of 5.

I have to say I’ve been patronizing Vannoys for as long as a can remember 20+ yrs all the way back to the 9mile road location ( I believe the first) and they never disappoint my last experience was probably the best Mr Davison called me several times to update and give me options for repairs on my wife’s Rav4 through our favorite Tech that we ask for every time we use the 9th avenue location he is absolutely the best and most HONEST person I’ve ever had working on any of my vehicles…Hopefully not putting any more work on him but I have to give him a shout out. Thank you Mr Darius Hao! I could go on for days but I’ll keep it short. The Slogan “ we will treat you like family “ and they do!

I came in because I suspected I was in need of a wheel alignment and after describing what my car was experiencing. The front desk clerk/assistant listened attentively to my concern and assured me they would take a look and take care of the problem and if they found nothing else they’d call me. Sure enough it was a simple wheel alignment and I had my car in less than 2 hours. This is my second time doing business here and I most assuredly I will be back.
