Great experience here. Had to take my brand new Tacoma in for a touch up for a small but deep scratch. Price was extremely reasonable and the job was done well. Beats paying $700 (actual quote) from a dealership for entire repaint, unless your into getting robbed. Also, Ms. Sharon was extremely sweet and made sure I was satisfied with the work done. I'm a senior who has decades of experience dealing with multiple companies, some good some bad, some I might return to some I would definitely never return to. I have experienced some eith certain qualities, I liked and others I didn't. Today I am writing this review because I have had an experience with a company that has absolutely, beyond any possibility of doubt, have given me an experience that was as close to perfect as possible. Mrs Sharon is a person that operates with such grace, and honesty, excellence, and pure genuine concern for you, that she makes you leave there thinking of something else that is wrong with one of your vehicles, so you can have a reason to return to her shop. Great service, great,prices, and human caring, service, and honesty that I can't start to know how to I express what a pleasure it was doing business there. In the words of another super star Tina Turner. Mrs Sharon is simply the best better than all the rest. Know if you go there, the job will be done right, on time, and good price. After recently purchasing a newer vehicle, we discovered the hood would not open. Upon contacting the dealership we purchased the vehicle at we were told it would be over a two week wait for repair. After looking online I found Scratch Off Auto with excellent reviews and contacted them . They were able to repair problem the next day when we dropped car off. I can’t say enough good things about the company as well as the counter person (Sharon) who takes care of arrangements. Everyone was very friendly and professional and I would recommend this business before going anywhere else.

Recently, I took my 91 year old mother's car to Scratch Off after being referred to them by a local Paintless Dent Remover, to get an estimate for repainting the hood and roof. Sharon, who is about the nicest person I've ever dealt with, gave me a very fair price and we scheduled the work. Yesterday, I picked the car up and the color matched wonderfully, and the overall job was very nice. In fact, my mother texted me that the car looked brand new once she saw it! I would highly recommend anyone in need of paint and body work to this business. They are nothing but a pleasure to work with and you will be very happy with both the cost and the results!!!

My wife, in all her glory, raked the entire right side of her 2002 Camry as a result of hitting a mailbox. The end result was a crease starting at the rear quarte panel, extended to the passenger door rear, extended to the passenger side front door and finally extend to the right front fender. There were also a number of dings that looked like the size of a golf ball in three areas. I wish I would saved the photo's of the damage but my wife, again, in all her glory, just want to get it fixed and move on. Sound familiar? I got a total of 5 estimates range from $5300 all the way down to $2050. I was hestiant about the $2050 but after reading the reviews, I went with them. Thank goodiness I did. Sometimes Almighty God just steers you to the right person. It is remarkable that it looks like the damage never happened. I am very greateful to Scratch Off Auto Repair.

We hired Scratch Off Auto Repair to repair our Ford E-250 work van. The van was accidentally knocked out of park and rolled into a tree so, we were paying out of pocket. Sharon gave us a written quote and it was the best price we found. She said they could get us in the following week. They were recommended to us and have a history of great reviews - we accepted their quote and scheduled the work for the following week. Sharon told us it would take approximately 1 1/2 weeks to repair and she was true to her word. Being that it is our work van time was of the essence as it's not out making money if it's in the shop for an extended period of time. The work they completed was amazing - our van looks absolutely fantastic and we did not have to spend a fortune!! We requested the hood not be replaced and to have the existing hood repaired (the damage was only to the front corner). Sharon explained to me it will not be perfect but will look pretty good. Since this is a work van I was good with that. Sharon explained that some of the other parts were not repairable and had to be replaced. I requested used parts if available and she honored my request. I could not be any happier with the completed work, the hood turned out much better than I expected !! The passenger door now opens perfectly and the replaced parts look brand new. The customer service, professionalism and attention to detail is top notch. Sharon is great to work with and, in this day & age, that is very difficult to find. I highly recommend Scratch Off Auto Repair and if I ever need body work in the future (even if I'm going through insurance) I will most definitely return to them for my repair work.

Would give 100 stars or more if I could!! My car ran into a bucket on the freeway a couple weeks ago tearing off my passenger side fender and part of my bumper. They replaced my whole front bumper, re did my headlights, fixed my driver's side door and fender, put new window strips on, repainted my door handles and repainted the back of my trunk. Can't say thank you enough to Mrs Sharon and her amazing team for fixing my car at a more reasonable price for all of that then I would get going anywhere else. I refuse to go to any other body shop. If your vehicle has any cosmetic damage and you're worried about the cost of fixing it, this is the place to go. Good quality work for more affordable price.

I tried to rattle can fix some paint scratches and it didn't turn out well. I went to a few places and got estimates(some needed a paint estimator to look at it). Sharon looked at my car and gave me an estimate right on the spot. She worked with me around the time frame I had available to get my car in and out. Very friendly and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! I'm happy my car is shining like new again!
