150k Service and then took a 3,000 mile road trip. Everything was perfect. From estimate to repairs, service, inspection to hand off: exceptional. First class place with very competitive prices. Especially appreciated the communication and the fact that the place was immaculate. The service spaces were clean and organized like aircraft hangars. Great great experience all the way around. Easily one of the top auto maintenance shops in Pensacola!

I will recommend this place to everyone until I am blue in the face. 10/10. The customer service is top tier. As a female that went to this shop by myself, I was not made to feel stupid or inferior; but was rather greeted with respect and had the chance to learn from the team there about what all was needed for the repair! Reasonable prices. Drop off/pick up lock box (for if you work late and can’t pick up your car during business hours). Orie and the team are amazing. I have found my repair shop for life 🫶🏼. Thank y’all for fixing my brakes and taking care of my car!

Gotta say I was beyond pleased and will be returning for all future work my Camaro may need! Orie & Blake at Pensacola AC & Auto Service Center took their time explaining everything from what needed to be addressed immediately and what wasn't essential at the moment, which if anyone else that's had nightmare encounters with other mechanics who try to bleed you dry, this was refreshing. Not only did I get my front brakes done, but they got me in for an oil change at the same time and the prices were unbelievably low, oh and top of the already great prices, they have a local heroes discount for Veterans & first responders. I know this is a long review BUT it needed to be said because to find honest mechanics is truly difficult, and gut wrenching when your pocketbook is already hurting! If you're looking for a one stop shop for all your car needs, this is the place!! Thanks again you guys

I brought my truck into Pensacola ac & auto for some major suspension work after another shop told me it would take weeks to even look at it. They got me in right away, diagnosed the issue and walked me through the entire repair plan in detail. They replaced multiple suspension parts and the truck now rides smoother than it has in years. What really impressed me was their professionalism and communication I always knew exactly what was going on, and no surprise charges. They gave me complete peace of mind. You can tell this is a family-owned shop that takes pride in doing things the right way. The whole crew was friendly and knowledgeable I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else!

First visited in Dec 2024 to inspect a concern and again in Feb 2025 for an oil change. Both times I’ve been treated like a valued customer, my time not wasted, was not talked down to, and given an honest assessment of what my vehicle needed. The interior decor gives welcoming vibes and has little touches that say “Welcome back, friend”. Their prices are transparent, which I love. Not 100% sure how long they’ve been in business, but they’re a welcomed new addition that’s much needed. Highly recommended them if you’re looking for a friendly & affordable neighborhood automotive shop 🙂

Jeremy at the front desk greeted me immediately when I walked in the door, kindly and professional. He let me know it would be 45 mins to an hour to do the oil change and tire rotation with a 34 point inspection. My car did not need anything to be fixed, so they sent me a review of service via website. That was awesome! And it was just an hour wait, as promised. Also they are a Christian based Auto service! They had the Nativity up and a Christmas tree too! They provide snacks while you wait, coffee, soda, & water. They even have one of those Little Libraries. I highly recommend them. And the price was just right for the wonderful service they did on my car.

I recently visited Pensacola AC and repair. Even though I don’t have a lot of money and I don’t make a lot of money I work for myself, but I knew that I needed help with my car. They were very friendly and very helpful to me and made me feel welcome and comfortable and made a way for me to be able to afford them to fix my car. I appreciate the guys there. I know car parts are and can be very expensive as with the labor. I will visit them again when I need help. Thank you Pensacola AC repair for helping me.

I took my 2021 Tacoma here today for an oil change. I've tried a couple places and hands down, best service here! Here are just a few positives: very nice and professional folks, clean and welcoming lobby and offers coffee, water & sodas, very reasonable prices (BIG plus), honest and doesn't look for problems to sell more service repair... I loved getting a text with a link to the report they generated (multipoint inspection). I have FINALLY after 4 years found an auto repair/maintenance shop that I'm going to feel comfortable taking my truck to. Thank you!!

We came from Mobile, AL to get a PPI on a car we wanted to purchase, and they fit us in a little earlier than our appointment. Gene(sorry if I spelt that wrong) at the front desk helped us out and he was amazing. His customer service was a 20/10 for sure. Not just with us but with answering and returning phone calls and helping other customers coming in. He even gave us great advice on what to do after they found a minor issue with the car we wanted to purchase. I don't live in Pensacola but I wouldn't mind bringing my car in from Mobile here if my local mechanic was too busy.

Just had some general maintenance done and my drive belt replaced. I decided to sit in and wait and they actually brought me into the shop to see my car and what repairs needed to be done on it-- I love seeing behind-the-scenes :D They were very thorough with their inspections and more than willing to explain things to me. They spoke nicely to a dozen other customers I saw this morning (including one who was complaining about the high labor costs-- to which I don't disagree, but they seem to do a great job and have a solid warranty on everything they do, so it evens out). I would recommend :)

I would just like to say one main thing!!! I could not have taken my vehicle to a better place than Pensacola AC &Automorive. From the second I scheduled they did everything in a timely manner and the communication was top notch. While sitting in the waiting room, I was impressed at how well organized they were with the active jobs they had going on and how well they communicated every stage of the work to the customer. Not long after having my Jeep worked on I took my Sons truck in and they got him up and running without issue!! We will be taking all our vehicles here for work in the future!! Thank you for everything and most of all, the professionalism shown by all the people working in the shop!!

Service took maybe 30-40 minutes. Check out was smooth, no attempts at upsell anything unnecessary, fair price and friendly employees.

I took my wife’s 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (Sahara) to this shop for a/c service. I already knew that the compressor was failing and assumed the system would be contaminated. The guys got the Jeep right in and ordered me an Uber to get home while they diagnosed the problem. A couple of hours later I had a complete diagnosis and quote for repairs. The price was really close to my online estimates, coming in slightly less than I could find elsewhere. I decided to let them do the work. The repairs were completed the next afternoon and I couldn’t be happier. These guys take great pride in their business and it shows from the exceptional cleanliness of not only the customer lounge area but the actual shop as well. This translates to an high degree of attention to detail in their work. All of the staff were cheerful and supportive, demonstrating a high degree of knowledge and technical expertise. One visit to this business will make you a lifelong customer. I even got a complete tour of the facility. Pride, confidence, technical skill, quality control and customer satisfaction are definitely evident to the most casual observer. Highly recommend and will be returning for future work.

I brought a new work van up there that had a break issue. I had a good feeling it was the master cylinder for my breaks due to my prior knowledge in the auto industry. They sent me quotes for random things that had nothing to do with the issue. after charging me $360 for a diag. I told them no and to replace the master cylinder. They told me they can’t warranty it unless I get all my break pads and rotors done. Which still have 25% life and rotors are fine. They did the job I asked them to do. And now the van runs perfect. But I had to force them to do the job. They didn’t have enough knowledge or care to diagnose the job correctly. Tried to talk me out of it three times. All they wanted to do was upsell me everything else first. Don’t go here people unless you want to be taken advantage of and have to diagnose your own vehicle.

I went in for a repair LITERALLY TODAY. I had a coolant light and a check engine light on with the knowledge I needed an oil change. I went to autozone and printed a code for the mechanics that not only told them it was a Cylinder Head Temperature Sensor but also had a PICTURE of the sensor in the printed report. They told me it was because of my oil that the code was showing and told me now that the code was clear it should run good. I know I needed an oil change but I never asked them for one and it wasn’t the oil it was the SENSOR, less than 20 miles after driving the car the code, of course, came back on. The only reason I went to the mechanic in the first place was for simplicity of my day and so I could make it to my morning class at UWF. When the code came on the car broke down, took me an hour and 25$ to fix it with tools and a friend I called for help at 9 pm at night when I should have been asleep. The cherry on top is because they charged me 230$!!!! Let me repeat that, TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY DOLLARS FOR SIMPLY CLEARING CODE AND AN OIL CHANGE. Obviously they didn’t check the code or they would’ve seen it was a sensor. 1/5 stars, felt targeted not only as a female and a easy target but I get no refund due to the signature they ask for after insisting the car JUST needed an oil change. P S anyone can feel the heat radiating off the sensor and would know it’s faulty.

This has been probably the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair place. Orie and Jeremy we’re super helpful, and all the other staff was very accommodating. They have drinks and snacks for people to get. They also have the little rubber duckies that you can put on your dash for free. It’s just a cute wonderful set up. They also don’t try to oversell you things. Prices are decent as well.Also, they love Jesus, so that’s a plus! I will definitely be back. 🙌👍👍🙏

Pensacola A/C Auto did a really good job on for my 2007 Toyota Tacoma rear brake drums. It was a reasonable price. they provide a great customer service. I recommend to get your brakes done and A/C done here

Dalton was so kind and knowledgeable about what the problem was. This company definitely deserves the best version of themselves honesty and their ability to make sure that you are comfortable. If you want a amazing job that doesn't charge you for things that you don't need. Dalton even had the mechanic Jay come out to explain everything to me. This will be the only place I will ever take my vehicle to for now on. Thank you for being a honest, kindness and caring company. Respect to the people that work there and the owners 👏. I am disabled and it's a struggle to find honest people. If you want honest and respectful people you can trust you have found the best place. Had a hiccup with my Tahoe hybrid, but I called and talked with Dalton about the issue and his response was bring it back and we will get it done. I got there and he asked for my keys and took it right back to Jay the amazing mechanic. He finished the issue and drove it and he brought me my keys and let me know what the problem was. I love the fact that this company definitely has great working experience and respectful men who want are very honest with you. I love the ducks 😍. Happy that I have finally found the perfect place to work on my Tahoe hybrid. Thanks again Dalton and Jay. I am adding to my post. Orie,Dalton and Jay are amazing people who have the most respect for their customers and their ability to help you understand everything they are doing. You have a blessed bunch of people who are dedicated to helping us with the issues that we have with our vehicles. I have a 2008 Tahoe hybrid and I understand that the company is not used to hybrid vehicles, but I will say that they didn't hesitate to help me with mine. They took responsibility for my vehicle and they were all set and ready to take care of the issue I had. Jay is a amazing guy who has a great respect and loves learning more about hybrid vehicles and he and Dalton even had done investigating about the problem I had. Jay I believed that if he had the equipment and his knowledge about electronic technology he would be amazing with hybrid battery and hybrid plug in vehicles. He has the passion for his job and he has never failed me in the repairs. Him,Dalton And Orie have been there for me through this journey fixing my Tahoe hybrid. Amazing and fast service! Ngl, I was a little nervous going in because as a girl you sometimes worry about getting overcharged. But from the moment I called before my appointment, they were super nice and helpful. When I got there, everyone was friendly and the waiting area was very clean. They did my oil change and tire rotation pretty fast, and everything went smoothly. They also mentioned a small issue my car has, but they made it informational and not forceful to buy any extra service. Overall, great and fast service. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change!
