I brought my car in with a few problems going on, it was making awful noise when I turned the wheel and I had a ABS light on and a traction control light on. Monday they change my alternator and my front left wheel assembly. But my lights were still on and the car still wasn’t driving right brakes felt like they were dragging and was still making noises I brought my car in first thing Tuesday morning, and they got it in right away. The young man who was my mechanic (probably around 30 with a bunch of tattoos) was the most patient man, he worked diligently until he figured out it just needed a ABS Sensor. But really it was his customer service skills that did it for me. He listened to my concerns and reassured me he was going to get it fixed he even took me on a test drive to show me what was going on with it. And made me feel 100% okay about being as concerned as I was. I wish I would have got his name! He was awesome give that man a raise! Once I drove away my car was all back in working order, it was like a weight lifted off my shoulders. Thank you first class automotive. It might have taken a couple days but you didn’t stop until it was safe for me and my babies to ride around in and I appreciate it so much!

I had my motor changed at this place they told me I had a 6 months warranty on the motor and a 2 year warranty on the labor. When I got my car back 3 weeks after dropping it off on November 24,2025i had to put 3 quarts of oil in it, my power steering fluid was leaking causing me to put fluid in the power steering every time I drove it. For 3 weeks I was buying fluid everyday till my friend fixed it for me .My air conditioning was no longer getting cold. The motor mount was missing the bushing causing by motor to lift up about 2 inches every time the car was put into gear. Than 5 months into driving the car the motor was knocking. So I took the car back to them I spoke to Diego the manger this was on Monday April 28,2025. I informed Diego I was going to New York for the week so they had the week to fix it before I needed it again. They did not pull my car in the shop until Saturday may 3,2025. When I returned Monday may 5,2025 they were not done with the car. Which was no big deal. I called a few days later Diego tells me my 6 months was up. At that point it had only been 5 months. I had to break down month by month for him cause he obviously don’t know how to count. He than tells me I need to provide receipts showing I did an oil change now I’m not one to keep receipts so I do not have it anymore. Diego tells me that he is not goin to honor my warranty now. I called him yesterday afternoon asking him to leave my keys in the car on the driver seat and told him I will see him in court I was not b able to get a ride there till later in the evening he says ok. I got a ride there last night around 8 pm just to find no keys in my car and cars locked up. So I called Diego again today around 4 pm I said hi this is Diane the owner of the tiburon Diego set the phone down and answers another call I could hear him talkin on the other phone. I hung up and called back and he wouldn’t even answer the phone at that point. I paid them $1850 to repair my car. Now To get my car back and have one problem after another and to b disrespected is absolutely insane! This is the worse customer service I have ever had to experience in my life! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE FIRST CLASS AUTO REPAIR IN PENSACOLA FLORIDA FOR ANY OF YOUR AUTO NEEDS! They don’t get the job done right they don’t honor they own warranty and that manager Diego is the most rude and disrespectful human!!!!

I was told $145 for an AC diagnosis ( very expensive compared to other mager companies). At check out I was charged $171.69. I called afterwards confused and told the extra charge was 'supplies'. Shouldn't supplies be added into the quote? I was told $2247.09 to fix my AC. I left with a basic understanding, called back at a later date to get a better understanding of what was happening and why so expensive. John was really rude and short with me. He kept interrupting me also and kept raising his voice. I was asking questions like about the details of my vehicle and he said he didn't know and the person who worked on it wasn't there. There were no notes detailing the issue or who worked on my vehicle. He told me he'd have the manager call me tomorrow. I'm hoping when Diego calls me tomorrow he'll have exact details. ***DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THESE GUYS!!!** I was treated poorly, over charged and it was not explained properly to me what the issue was with my AC system MIDAS ONLY CHARGES 89 and I got similar quotes from Firestone also. UPDATE: 6/26/25. After being told by John that the manager Diego would get in touch with me the next day, I still have not received a call.. DO NOT TRUST A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT EVEN CALL BACK WHEN YOU JUST SIMPLY WANT TO UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT THEY FOUND WRONG IN YOUR VEHICLE

I first came to this shop because my front end was making some horrible noises. They gave me a break down of what was wrong with everything, including tightening lugs that for some reason were loose. At no charge, which was a huge relief, because I'm not exactly well off. Came back today to get some work done and these folks have been absolutely amazing! They are doing everything they can to make sure my vehicle is safe again. You guys are definitely getting more of my business in the future! And everyone I can send your way, I will. That's a promise.

I wish I could give it 0 stars so let’s start they had my car from December 2024 until March 2025 no lie! They would give me a date that my car was supposed to be ready, and when that day came my car was NOT ready! Kept saying a part was coming in, and the part didn’t come…. Then when I FINALLY got my car back all of my personal belongings were STOLEN! When I called about it the manger Diego would give me the run around about speaking with his GM, and their “insurance guy” he blamed “crackheads” (his words) for the theft! He said that their security system was busted. Why wasn’t my car locked? Especially when they had it just sitting up behind the shop not being looked at or worked on for such a looooong period of time. I had to call them for updates they didn’t call me not once. To finish it off my car was super clean on the inside and even smelled like it had a new air freshener. Thanks First Class Auto you all are really awesome!

My car broke down on a SATURDAY on MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND and these professional men found what was wrong, replaced it, and kept me thoroughly updated while I was away from my car. I’ll keep it short and sweet; don’t go here. I simply came here to get my shifter replaced and everything that could go wrong did go wrong. (The pictures are the “new shifter,” the one I’m holding is the old shifter, there is a photo of the receipt next to the new shifter that they put in to prove that it is the shifter they put in, and the broken handle to my seat.) The part that was supposed to come in, didn’t come in for several days after when they said it would come in. Then once they said they had the shifter, I brought the car in and thought they’d just put it in and it would be done that day. It’s not a hard thing to do I could do it myself, but I’m in college and don’t have the time. They then called me hours later saying they’ll have to keep the car in the shop overnight, which I just thought was because it was too busy even though it was a weekday that I brought it in. Turns out they had ordered the wrong part and then tried to fix the Mistake by wearing the right part and hoped it would come in in less than a day which it didn’t and so when I called them the next day they had to tell me finally that they ordered the wrong part which they should’ve been upfront with at first and that the new part would be there and that would have it the day after that. So not only did I have to wait two days to get a shifter replaced when I finally got the car back the shifter that was in the car has been completely destroyed and used already even though I paid for it like it was a new shifter my car itself was a mess and they had broken the back Handle part of the seat that lets it go forward from the backseat. All in all, they lied to me, they did not take responsibility, they took way too long, they ripped me off with a used shifter, and they messed up my car. DO NOT GO HERE!

Insanely poor service. Just unbelievable. They had my brother’s truck for over 3 months and broke more than they fixed. They left burger wrappers in the engine compartment and there are missing bolts, and other parts in the truck. Just the most unprofessional service I have ever seen in my entire life. The truck now misfires like crazy and now he is gonna have to take it apart himself to fix what they broke. Don’t EVER go here if you want your car fixed.

DO NOT GO HERE!! We brought our car to First Class Auto Repair on August 15 2025 for a new transmission. We were told it would be no longer than a week for them to fix. The shop ended up keeping the car for 10 weeks and provided little to no communication. They repeatedly delayed completion, gave confusing explanations, and refused to offer fair compensation for the excessive delay. This has caused major inconveniences and extra expenses for my family. After paying for Ubers, rental cars etc. we should have just got a new car. They quoted my mother at $4,474 for a 2015 Hyundai transmission.. definitely not worth the time nor headache for this. My mother was nothing but kind to these people. John and Diego were horrible to her..I hope they put an end to this type of treatment. When my mother asked for the managers number, Diego told her he couldn’t give her the number. He would not allow her to talk to anyone higher up than him. I would not recommend this shop.

I’m posting this to warn others about my experience. I dropped off the vehicle on August 12th for a new transmission. I was told it would take no more than max 2 weeks to finish. The shop ended up keeping the car for 10 weeks! During that time: •Communication was infrequent and inconsistent. I was often given vague or changing timelines. • I was not shown supporting documentation, estimates, parts lists, or repair photos. And was not given any updates on the car. I would have to call weekly for any updates. I couldn’t even get the original document I signed the very first day. •The shop refused to offer any high discount or meaningful compensation despite the excessive delay and inconvenience. Was told I was getting a 2 year warranty for my transmission. The day I picked it up, now it’s only for 1 year… •Attempts to escalate the issue with management produced no satisfactory resolution. I was told I could not talk to the manager or anyone other than Diego. They treated me horribly there. Disgusted with their attitude and rude customer service. This place seems to just want your money and keep your car hostage for weeks. This experience caused significant disruption to my everyday life. I had to pay for ubers, inconvenience my family for rides to and from work etc. If you require reliable, timely, and transparent service, I cannot recommend First Class Auto Repair. I hope they don’t scam other people like me.

FIRST CLASS AUTO IN PENSACOLA IS THE BEST! The workers are awesome and very respectful. The waiting room is very clean and comforting, as well as the customers restroom. First class auto replaced my engine in my 2016 Mazda earlier this year and if I’m being honest, yes it took some time maybe about 3 1/2 to 4 weeks but I am very thankful that I was patient because my car hasn’t had any problem AT ALL since January. Of course I had to get rides and pay for Ubers but again I am very thankful I chose them to do the job. On top of all, I called around and did my homework and the price that First Class offered me was unbeatable. Because I had spent so much money paying people for rides and catching Ubers they still gave me money off, that’s how big of a heart they have there. Recently I had my breaks done at another auto shop because they said they could do them right then and there and i wanted them done ASAP But as I drove home my car was shaking so very bad, I was afraid for my son and I because it seemed as though my tires were loose. I decided to take it to First Class Auto and they got me in fairly quick because they were worried about our safety. They took the tires off and long behold the other auto shop forgot to put the pins in the breaks which caused it to be loose which also caused my roders to wear all the way down but once again First Class saved the day. They cleaned up the next auto shop mistake and we were back on the road within 2 hours. I felt very safe and my car was running like a champion. I trust those guys there with all my heart. I even witnessed them give another customer 400 dollars off her bill because she was complaining about how long it took them to do her car. Something that I know for sure other auto shops would not do. Although she didn’t think so, I thought it was a blessing. I thought that was very sweet and kind of them to do that. But hey, the saying is ‘we can’t make everyone happy.’ I Am just saying give First Class Auto a try. Patience is value, patience is a virtue, patience is a gift and good things comes to those who wait. THANK YOU SO MUCH FIRST CLASS AUTO REPAIR. I TRULY AM THANKFUL TO KNOW THAT THERE IS STILL GOOD HONEST AND CARING AUTO SHOPS AROUND. YOU ALL ARE AWESOME!!!❤️

I took in my homda accord to get a few things repaired. What it needed was a new master key and a door that wasn’t opening. Overall these fixes ended up taking around a month to complete. I’m a college student who commutes to school and work and heavily rely on my vehicle. I called 6 times throughout the month and every time I called they assured me the ca would be fixed on a specific date. I would call them after receiving no communication and would always be told another few days. This happened 6 times. Finally receding my vehicle I first noticed they left trash in my car and tools. They also left the car dirty. I also noticed I was missing the back piece to my driver side mirror. I asked them about it and got the “I don’t know” answer. They said they would replace it and to this day I have received no call or communication, still missing the replacement part. I’m assuming an employee scratched my car and didn’t want to get in trouble. If you have ample time and can be without your vehicle and are okay with them using used car parts to fix your vehicle this place may work for you. The 1 star they did get is because they were kind enough to fix a second door that was broken which I couldn’t afford to fix due to the trouble I went though. I believe there good people just very poorly managed. All in all this is not a professionally ran business and I would highly recommend you find somewhere else. This review was only left because they failed yet again to replace the car part they took or damaged from my car and also because they failed to communicate. The car was under a different name from this review name so they may respond with, we don’t have your name in the system.
