We brought my husband's vehicle because of the reviews. Don't do it!! We have had to bring it back three times in the same week because the check engine light keeps coming on! We are sitting here now waiting! We live over an hour away and this has gotten ridiculous! They have offered us NOTHING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE!!!

I called Runway looking for parts to a Volvo. They were very helpful. I was not 100% sure of what I needed, if I'm honest I was about 25% sure yet somehow the gentleman on the phone managed to figure it out for me! He asked pertinent questions and offered solid advice. This time we were only in search of parts but I would take my vehicle here and feel confident the shop has relevant, up to date knowledge. Our parts total was just under $500. We gave a $100 deposit and they arrived the next morning before 11AM. Great customer service. Fair pricing.

12/07/20 Update: Runway is an outstanding group of people and a great full service shop. They (Ron, Rick, and Tim) are honest and very pleasant to work with. If you're new to the area or dissatisfied with your current service, just give them a call. Their rates are reasonable, service is impeccable, and they also do "good works" within our community. Previous Feedback: Runway Imports have serviced our vehicles since 1998 and we trust the brothers and their staff 100%. They are exceptionally honest and provide outstanding service. Additionally, they don’t “push” unnecessary work as other shops frequently do to merely increase their profits. If you have an import and aren’t completely satisfied with your mechanic or looking for a trustworthy shop that won’t take advantage of or exploit you (or your mother, daughter, wife, nephew, etc.), give Ron or Rick a call.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Runway Imports. The staff was very courteous and explained what they were doing and gave me an estimate of the charges before doing the work. Ron worked very hard to finish my car on time and fixed a problem I had for over 2 years with the air conditioning . Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and polite. I will definitely use them again!

Had to write cause of the stand up service. I was recommended this place by a friend. While they do not usually work on trucks or perform an engine change they were happy to check out my vehicle. I did not know that my vehicle was not there standard business till after. They diagnosed as best they could with out using any pricey equipment as there plan was not to charge me. It was due to the poor condition of the engine and we both knew it might require replacing it. The staff was super professional and very polite. I will definitely use them for my wife's car.

I am so glad I find a place that I can trust for repairing my Mercedes Benz. Most honest and knowledgeable mechanic in town! I have been using Runaway import now for years and they have been always super nice and honest to me. I never felt that I have been ripped off like I felt with other mechanics that were trying to take advantage of a single women with not knowledge of the car problems. I strongly recommend this place especially if you have an European car. Best place for your $ and repairs.

Runway has been so good to me with my 2005 VW New Beetle! Tim and Robyn have been very pleasant and personable-- I always look forward to going in to see them. I go in about every two weeks to chip away at the list of work that needs to be done and I feel that the prices they charge have been reasonable for the amount of work they get done each time. I'm almost always pleasantly surprised that my bill is significantly less than I think it will be, especially being at an import shop. Their staff is especially knowledgeable and efficient so they don't have to waste a lot of labor time diagnosing issues. Plus, several concerns that I thought were going to be big, expensive projects have turned out to be relatively minor, saving me so much money. I feel confident going to Runway because they know their stuff and they seem to actually care about me being safe on the road rather than just trying to get as much money out of me as possible. Even if they did charge more, I'd be happy to pay it because I've had such a positive experience. Highly recommend them!

Been trusting Runway for years but here lately I have major concerns with their mechanics. I referred a family member for job in excess of $2K job and had to take it back and pay more for missed fixes. I also witness a clueless customer come to pick up his car and unbeknownst to him while he waited in the lobby have the mechanics called to the carpet on a screw up with his work. I’ve lost trust and now giving Fairfield Imports a try. I used to have incredible trust in their fairness and honesty but no more.

Brought BMW M6 in for fault on left headlight and a vent. Vent was repaired fine but $1000 for LED Module replacement and that night lights went on and same problem. Called Rick on Monday as they knew I was taking the car out of town which is why I wanted it repaired before my trip well ended up leaving to Arizona with the car because I couldn’t postpone trip due to sick family member. Was told to bring car back however that just isn’t an option we have to again be in Arizona. Not happy paid for what I thought was the best mechanic for this car and they failed me.

I went up to this place and asked for a rate on an oil change for my Volvo. The lady first quoted 115 dollars. When I asked her to set up the appointment, her response was did I say $115, it's actually $215. I gathered my belongings and called another place, and they only charged $102.00.
