This place is AWESOME from start to finish. I had a hit & run and took it in for estimate. Then scheduled a day to drop off. They sent me a text every week letting me know the progress and when it was completed! They are top notch from CS to the body department! This place even beat the dealership in ALL areas! Def recommend I’d give 10 stars if I could! And they warranty it FOR LIFE! Great job!

My windshield was cracked during the time the shop had possession of my vehicle. They refused to fix it. The GM (Ernie) was terrible to deal with. Very unfriendly and dismissive. We have used Pine Forest Automotive in the past and have been satisfied. Unfortunately, if there are any issues they are going to refuse to make it right. Additionally, the bumper was not properly secured so I had to make a trip back to the shop for them to secure it.

I had my battery replaced in myFord Edge by them. They were cheaper than AAA and always give me my military/veteran discount. They are always friendly and very quick as well as accurate. The cell on my battery went out about a year later and i took it back to them as it was supposed to be under warranty. They looked up my records right away and got me a new battery within 24 hrs. They are amazing and i recommend everyone go to them

Chris handled my car when the check engine light came on. It wasn't an easy diagnostic but, after speaking with other mechanics, I was convinced when he told me it was the timing chain. He got the car fixed in one day as promised and although it's only been a day, so far so good. My car is running smoothly and no check engine light. I cannot speak as to the cost because I've never had this done before. I think it is a fair price though. I hope I don't, probably will, but if I need auto repair again I'll most likely use them. Chris was polite and professional. The man at the desk had no personality but I didn't go there for pampering. Updates if needed. UPDATE: I recently had a problem with my engine burning oil. I took the problem to Chris, Scott and their wonderful staff. They are going above and beyond to help me with my problem. It's so good to have them to depend on. They keep this old girls old car running. Thank you everyone.

I had taken my 011 Pilot to Pineforest Automotive for an estimate for minor body repair. Kendra at the shop had taken pictures of the damage and gave the total price for the repair as $1,516.83. At that point, I told Kendra that I needed some time for personal reasons. Today I talked to Kendra and will bring my Pilot to the shop to drop off and ask the rental car company to pick me up from the body shop but the rental car wasn't available so I had to make a reservation for the rental on Next Monday which is January 6th, called the body shop to let them know of the change in schedule to drop off the vehicle, the person who picked up the phone was Lisa, she said it was okay and I asked her to let Kendra know the change, and she said ok. And surprisingly this evening got a text message from Lisa saying that the price had changed from 1516.83 to 2086.58, I thought Pineforest Automotive is honest in doing business but proved otherwise. I hope they keep up their word and honor with the original price to earn my business. Spoke to Lisa earlier today she said that many things had to be changed ( Parts) , why they didn’t find these things when the quote was given to begin with? She told me that she would speak to GM and get back to me, after half an hour or so she called me back and said that GM said the same thing When I asked her to please let me talk to the so-called GM she said as he/she was in a different department she would have to leave a message but as I edit this review I haven’t heard anything from the GM I went in person to talk to the GM at the shop, he told me that he would bring down the total to 1,942.53, it's a shame on their part for not honoring the original price they quoted even though it was a mistake on their part, to begin with, if it were my mistake I wouldn't have argued a bit With them. This clearly shows that they don't care to admit their mistake and honor the price they quoted. I hope the owner of the shop will look into this and do the justice to me. I wanted to post the quote here in the review but it's not giving me an option to do so. Finally, I found a way to post the quote given by Pineforest Automotive shop , I had to take a picture on my phone and upload it to my pc to upload on Google review please see the quote ( Estimate ) below.

I cannot say enough about Pine Forest Automotive! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and treated like a confidant they just hadn’t seen in forever!😂 I feel like if I said I was hungry I’d have been offered a slice of fresh baked apple pie! To say I was treated like family is a GROSS UNDERSTATEMENT! Thank you all so much for everything you did for me in the process of getting my vehicle back on the road! Even returned it to me cleaner than it was left! You guys are amazing❤️

I just moved back into town from Miami. I'm a little gun shy when it comes to mechanics Because of my experiences down there. When I called this place the lady was such a doll. I went in and got a synthetic oil change and a brake inspection for Less than $60. When the mechanic brought me the car He was so nice And handsome if I'm being honest ladies. Lol. They didn't try to hard sell me on anything else they told me everything looked great we laughed. This is absolutely my new mechanic shop.

I’ve taken multiple vehicles here even for a simple oil change and they’ve all came back with the check engine light on and with more issues. You call Pine Forest to fix the issue they created and it comes back with even more problems. I recommend never taking your vehicle to the automotive shop.

What a great shop. Our car broke down on a road trip. AAA towed the car here. We stayed on the road in a rental truck. Misty kept in contact with us. When we picked up the car the a/c was not working. Knowing we were heading back to Texas they got right on it. It was low on freon and they filled it up for us Fantastic service and super staff. We would use them again.

I picked up my truck today after insurance service. They were very polite, helpful and easy to deal with. They are however quite slow, and no every shop in town is NOT booked. They are slow. My Girlfriend was hit a week after me much more severely and when shopping around for other places I realized how slow they are. U have worked on and around vehicles my entire life. The paintwork on my truck IS POOR!!! They needed SEVERAL EXTRA DAYS TO DO TWO DOORS POORLY. My doors now have more Orange Peel than a Tropicana factory. The pictures speak for themselves. I was quoted over five thousand dollars for two more doors and a hood. I honestly don't believe they wet sanded anything. I am Soooooo thankful I declined. Not recommended.

I had these guys repaint a couple of doors and a quarter panel due to scratches and rock chips on my black car. Their work is excellent and so is their customer service. They do it the right way. Door handles and trim are removed, not masked. Flawless paint and bodywork, and orange peel on point with factory. If you're looking for a cheap paint job, go somewhere else. If you're looking for a top notch, quality paint job, come here.

This place was AWESOME!! I went in with a slow leak tire. Instead of making me wait, as they knew I had to get to work...the General Manager took my car into the shop. They found a long screw about 1inch long, in my tire. They plugged it, checked my our tires and air pressure all in about 30minutes. And it only cost me $10.70!! I would recommend this auto repair shop very highly. I WILL be bringing my car to them, from now on! I also encourage others to come here. They are very honest, friendly, ,Reasonably priced and BACKED by the Better Business Bureau!

I took my car to a Toyota dealer for the a/c not working. They charged me $160 for a test that couldn’t be performed because the hose had a hole in it and there was no Freon in it. They wanted to charge me 3500$ for something that didn’t need fixed. My daughter had me take the car to pine forest automotive and they found a hole in the hose that was causing the problem. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else. Chris and the staff were wonderful. And they saved me 2500$ for something that wasn’t even wrong.

Had my Tacoma door repaired. Wasn’t blended in well and messed up my driver front door lock. When I called and asked about it. They said they didn’t mess with the door handle. During the same conversation Pine Forest mention they had to remove the handle to “blend in” the paint. Some orange peel and debris was in the clear coat. Needless to say, I had to take it apart and fix it my myself. Also, When it was parked at their auto center, someone ding the recently painted door. They tried to act like it wasn’t there, when looking over the truck before I took it back.
