Great place! We went in for an alignment on our e450 shuttle bus, but we ended up needing more than that to fix our issue. He showed us exactly what was wrong and what to look for if it happens again. He gave us options on what we should do soon and what we can put off. He gave us a great price and got it all done in one day! 10/10

This is unfortunate for me to have to write; however, I would not recommend this place under any circumstance. I had my car in and out of this shop on 4 separate occasions to diagnose and fix a grinding noise that was occurring when steering the vehicle. The grinding was the sole and only purpose for bringing in the vehicle. I was told that the upper and lower control arms were the cause and charged approximately $2,000 accordingly. Upon picking the vehicle up it was no longer making the noise. Less than 24 hours after picking up the vehicle it began making the same noise. It went in and out of the shop 3 more times and every time followed the exact same narrative leading me to believe it was a band aid repair. Terry refused to refund me my money and justified his position by threatening to call my command while I was on Active Duty to tell them I had a “reputation for doing this all over town.” The reality is this shop came highly recommended and delivered poor quality service by rendering a bandaid repair and ultimately misdiagnosing an issue. Consequently, I was on the hook for the repairs. The also proceeded to ignore all of my communication with the shop. I would not recommend their service. I have attached pictures below. Unfortunately, I will have to pursue a civil suit in small claims to obtain my money back. Following this process I had the car inspected by a Certified Dodge Mechanic whose finding support my theory. I would be happy to share them with anyone in opposition to this review.

I arrived last week for a two week stay from out of state. Two days in, the front brakes began to make the dreaded "metal on metal" sound. I knew what that meant and began the search online for some help. Just down the road from my place was Raley Brake and Alignment. My luck took a turn. After a quick phone call, Terry told me to stop by and he would take a look. Upon arrival my car was immediately on the rack. Less than five minutes! I requested just front brake pads, and I WAS NOT being given the up-sell treatment for new or resurfaced rotors. Nice. In less than an hour my car was complete and road tested. Price was very competitive as well. I can't recommend this business enough as they treated my situation with respect. Just go there for your automotive needs. I'm sure they will work with you to come up with a solution!

This is a very busy shop, so don't be surprised if they seem in a hurry to get off the phone when you call. When I called for service, being from out of town my need was for same-day repair of my work truck, a 4WD Chevy Suburban. They told me it may take much of the day. Well was I ever surprised when they did a complete brake job on all four wheels, including new rotors x4, and got my truck in and out in right at three hours. Added to their efficiency, it was nice to be served by a shop that actually speaks to you like a human being, rather than speaking to you as if you're bothersome (the way most shops across the U.S. tend to do.) My experience was so pleasing that from now on, I'll go out of my way to have my brake and alignment issues resolved at Raley's.

The high ratings at this shop are absolutely deserved! We were on a huge east coast road trip from Boston to New Orleans, and of course I pushed my rear brakes until they were a metal on metal emergency. These guys were nice enough to fit us in and get us back on the road in less than two hours, without an appointment! In addition to the speedy service, they were very friendly and honest folks. Enjoyed talking cars with them. Before they started the work, they broke down the pricing of the job and where it came from. I was in for a simple brake job but would be more than comfortable to come here for something big. These guys certainly deserve the ratings and future business. I feel really lucky to have rolled up on such a great local shop.

Gotta thank Terry and his team for helping keep get my 96 Chevy back in shape! Had a loose pitman arm, and before that issue I have had a loose steering wheel for years and couldn't figure it out no matter what was replaced. With their knowledge of old trucks like mine, his team installed a quality pitman at a great price, adjusted my steering box, and aligned the suspension just right and now my steering has almost little to no play, HUGE improvement from all these years of owning it. Drives straight no problem. With all that, still a better price than competitors down the road. He even aired up my bike tires to get back home while my truck got fixed. For same day service like that, no doubt I’ll surely be back for future issues.
