How refreshing! I called to see about getting a used tire but the price for the new ones was too good to pass up. AJ (the owner) quoted me a total price out the door and said he could accommodate me immediately. And he did! Amazing. I won’t buy tires anywhere else from now on. I love this place!

In N Out Tires on Beverly Parkway mounted 2 tires for me, FULL of WATER. This was DANGEROUS! I was able to get to the next tire shop, about a mile away, with grave difficulty. The Technician at the second shop dismounted the tires and poured out SO MUCH water, and I captured it ALL on video. I want to thank Canna's Caps Tires for helping me.

I started at some of the bigger known places in town and listened as they not only upsold every person there, but also gave them no choices other than (their words) the high end tires. It’s all they kept in stock (in a VERY big shop. Their other options were for people to wait 5 days for more affordable options. I felt uneasy and left. Found In and Out on a quick google search and read the reviews. Thank God for google reviews. I drove over this morning and AJ went above and beyond. We discussed new tires and brands, he offered used options and actually left the shop to go pick up a brand new tire from another location that fit my needs perfectly. Not only was he an awesome guy and business owner, he’s earned my business in Pensacola! 10 out of 10.

I wish there were less stars. In the last 4 months I've bought 7 tires from here, three brand new 4 used. I thought I was having bad luck. I ended up having to go somewhere else with the last blow out as I was far from this shop. The new shop let me know it was because the tire- brand new - was a faulty tire, and after looking at the others they explained none of them were new, all were different sizes, and none of them were legal for my vehicle. Every blow out can be tracked back to the tires I purchased here. The last blow out almost killed my family, and the shop didn't seem to understand when I explained the back brand new tire I had purchased there blew out after only a week, and nothing was offered to rectify the situation. This store is close to me and their prices seemed to be super reasonable. I have only now figured out why.

My man just took my car to get a tire replacement and the guy broke what he was fixing and told him he couldn’t do anything about it and made it seem like he was in the wrong I will be filing a complaint and getting my lawyer involved for discrimination he came to get my tire fixed that’s it and you don’t know what you where doing and broke it and told him to figure it out like it was his fault

I went by this place Monday looking for one used tire. The guy quoted me a good price for 4 so I got them, now these are used so I wasn’t expecting for them to be the best but to have problems with the tire the next day wasn’t in the plan went back he gave me another one. Woke up Wednesday leaving for work another tire was flat. I was like damn! I’m going to buy 4 brand new tires like I’ve should have done in the beginning. The Owner and workers were nice. But the product is horrible. I want be returning and I don’t recommend anybody going here for used tires.

This tire place has got to be the best tire place in Pensacola. I always overlooked places like this because I'm so used to going to certain places. I would always used to go to like hams tires for an example. I was always going there because I thought they had the cheapest tires in the whole city but this place had prices that I was not expecting on a brand new tires so I ended up getting brand new tires from here. So I ended up going and get two times one day and then the next day I went and got another two times. As soon as I put the new tires in my car the first thing I noticed was that my gas mileage got even better. Very very noticeable and the guys who own this tire shop. They are very nice. Very professional and they really care about the customer. They take their time and give you exactly what you need and they have you in and out just like the name of the location. Just like they say I had tires on my car in a matter of no more than like 10 minutes It was great. I recommend this place to anybody you looking for. Good prices on tires. This place really has the cheapest tires that I've seen in Pensacola. Give them a shot.
