Honesty, integrity, experienced, fair, knowledgeable, friendly, timely, and doesn't take advantage of women without car knowledge. I just had my car expertly fixed by Bobe’s garage and it was a VERY positive experience!! As long as I live in Perdido Key, they will be my garage.

I brought my mother car in to see what was going on with it. Within about twenty minutes they knew what was wrong with it. They fixed it and I would recommend them to anyone. Wanted to say thank you to the people at Bobe's . Yall were nice to my mother about her car and didn't try to over charge us thank you

They have changed. They used to be friendly and honest and cheap. Not anymore. My whole family has been taking their cars to them. NO MORE. I was price gouged on a front end job. Also tried to have a 15 dollar part put on...they wanted 120 dollars. Won't be back.

I have been taking 2 vehicles in for the last 17 years and the service has always been great. They are very honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. They have never gone over any estimates. They have even come in under their own quotes and will go lower than other garages estimates. Service is always fast and courteous. I've never had a bad experience with Bobe's Garage.

Brought my car in for an AC diagnosis/repair and was called a bit later in the day with “your car is ready.” No other information, no estimate given. When I show up they tell me “there’s a leak” with no information as to where the leak is or how severe it is. I’m told that it would probably last me the summer but it’s difficult to know for sure. When I get in my car the A/C is still blowing hot. So I take it back in and they run some more tests (presumably the same test they ran before? It was never explained to me why they didn’t catch it the first time) to tell me the leak must’ve been worse than they thought. But luckily after they look at it again it’s determined to be a fairly cheap replacement for a valve stem. Great, I seemingly avoided an expensive issue. They tell me to come in the following day for the replacement. After I do that the next day, and after I’ve already paid them, they tell me it’s actually the condenser, which is a much more expensive repair, and even though they refilled the Freon it likely won’t last long. Well, it didn’t even last the day. And when I asked if they would consider taking off the $300 I spent on the first two misdiagnosed jobs from the final bill for the condenser, or at least giving some kind of discount, I was told (in slightly more polite terms) to pound sand. It’s possible they did their due diligence, but it was never explained to me in a way that made sense and his dismissive and unprofessional response to me confirmed for me I was being dealt with dishonestly. Something I hate to see from a local business, which I always try to support. Recommend avoiding for any complex work.

These guys are awesome! Very honest and very fast. I've started using them this past year and have been very impressed. I just dropped by truck off at 10 am this morning for an alternator replacement, get a call 1.5 hrs. later that it's ready! Doesn't get any faster than that. Trust me, one of the best shops in town.

Steve was an absolute Angel in disguise. It still brings me to tears the act of kindness he extended to myself and my family by changing our other wheel barring at no cost! It’s been a while since I’ve been shown such care that it restored more than just my car. Steve is an honest good hearted person who has my business for life. We just moved to the area and Steve & his shop were a breath of fresh air after a long string of unfortunate events. Side note: after that one act of kindness three more amazing things happened & it’s only up from here. His team is the fastest I’ve ever seen. Thorough & have the most genuine willingness to help that still brings tears to my eyes. So grateful I called around after Honda told me that one barring would cost $800 and other shops in the Pensacola area quoted $600 or more but he stuck to his word of it being between $350-400 and I not only got one but two replaced at no additional charge. I have two little ones and he was concerned about their safety (we couldn’t afford more at the time and he provided in such a big way!) He will never know how much that means to me! Also a huge THANK YOU for fixing my front bumper that was hanging and dragging at the bottom. You went above and beyond & your acts of service and kindness will never be forgotten! We are telling everyone we know about this incredible shop & the man who truly blessed our family!

We had some major work done on our car a few months ago, close to $2000, and now we’re having the same problem again. They also replaced the motor in the window and it’s extremely sluggish. I spoke with the manager who was very rude and let me know they weren’t going to do anything about it. This garage came highly recommended but I made sure I told the friend who recommended it so he wouldn’t send anyone else to them. It was a mistake using this garage. I’ll go to the dealer from now on.

I went to Bobes after Walmart repaired a tire. After Walmart repaired the tire, there was a scraping sound. Walmart said its my brakes. ( All of a sudden) It didnt sound right so i went to Bobes. He said something was bent when they changed the tire, and caused the scraping noice. He repaired it at no charge. Hes very honest and generous.

Absolute rip off. The work is done correctly. But they charge way too much. It’s not worth it they’re a bunch of clowns. Take 10 minutes and find a different place and save money. They’ll put you at the end of the line here anyway.

We love Bobe's! Every vehicle we have has been to Bobe's at least once. They always take care of the issue quick and the prices are the best around. Steve 1 and Steve 2 are great at what they do! Can't recommend them enough, they are top notch!

I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of one, because the first experience I had with them was really good. I went in for a simple ABS light diagnosis and they were helpful and even gave me 12 dollars off by paying in cash. I came to this shop because of the good reviews. Mistake. Now the bad part. When the wheel speed sensor did not fix the problem, like they thought it would. I then took it back for them to fix it. I got a call the next day and they said it was one of three things. 1. I put a bad sensor in it (they seemed almost sure of this) 2. Speed sensor ring 3. Tire size (obviously not) I then asked what are my options, and they said to take it home and put a new sensor in it... (I was assuming they would at least try to fix it, or diagnose it to a point where the dealer could..) I tried swapping the sensor, still same fail. The next day my wife was driving and the CV axle completely fell apart destroying the brakes, rotors, actuator, Hub assy., tire, and even the wheel was split in half. As you might have expected this cost me nearly 2500 dollars to repair.. After a tow to the dealer three days later (waiting over the long weekend) The dealer was astounded that Bobe's Garage did not even take the time to look at the CV axle (which the boots were completely wore off on both sides of the truck). They obviously should have caught that being a auto repair shop. I don't know hardly anything about vehicles and I noticed that a week prior and thought it looked funny. It was obvious they didn't even get under the truck and look. They just hooked up the same scanner again so they could charge me a quick 40 dollars. I will not be bringing my vehicle back there again.

I think both Jeckle and Hyde both work here... (Great experience) Originally took in my wife's SUV to get a second opinion on recommendations the dealership was making. They replaced the belts but said the lower control arms still had some life in um. (Bad experience) 2 weeks ago my daughters car had a terrible miss, and had a hard time staying running. We we're told they ran the codes and it was definitely the cats needed replacing, and that the parts were had to find. They did not seem to want to do the work. We paid for an oil change and diagnostic fee. We then had the car towed from there to the dealership at our expense. Next day dealership calls 1st thing in the morning, they had replaced the spark plugs and the problem went away. They also said there were ark marks on the porcelain on 2 of the plugs. Also the codes indicated the source of the problem was with ignition not exhaust/02 sensors. I was debating on talking with the shop to see if they would refund some of our extra expenses, and then post that they made it right when they messed up, but I decided to just take the lose of money and the lesson I learned to avoid this shop in the future. The reason I have 2 stars and not one... I did fell like we were taken advantage of, and that they did not do an honest job, but was thankful in the sense that they did not try and charge us for parts we did NOT need ($800 for new manifold and cats). In other words, it seems like they want to do the bear minimum to stay afloat.

Best repair shop! We called on a Monday morning, took the car in late in the day, were given a diagnosis and reasonable price right away. They did a great job and our older car is like new again!
