Awesome place. Two front ladies were incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I had a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change and had them change out a light bulb. They took pictures and gave future recommendations without any pushy sales tactics. Lots of small talk and enjoyed looking at the owners car (I wouldn't dare touch haha). Great experience, great staff, and good prices. This will be my new go to spot for all things vehicle

I went to Meineke because my vehicle kept overheating and stopping. I had previously received a quote from them and was pushing my situation, hoping I could wait another week or two. Long story short, took it to Meineke, they repaired it and would not return it to me until they made sure there were no leaks, issues, etc. If I had any complaints, it would be I wish when I first inquired about a military discount, that I had been informed of the discount cap when first inquiring and that way I wouldn't have passed out in my vehicle from price shock...LOL! The discount cap might be something management might post or have the customer fully informed about when he/she first inquires. The truth of the matter is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff will definitely have me coming back. They offered top notch customer service, which is becoming rare nowadays.

Christina upfront was transparent about the repairs needed on my highlander and wasn’t pushy on getting my radiator changed even though it was needed and secured my coolant hose that kept popping off due to broken radiator enough for me to drive it home and change radiator myself to save on labor. Guys in the shop did a good job on installing new battery terminal and it seems so far that it’s fixed my battery issues I was having. I recommend this Meineke shop over the other ones in town and plan on taking my vehicle back here for any minor issues I can’t figure out myself.

Mason treated me like I had nine tails. He talked to me crazy, disrespected me, and seemed to be prejudice. He looked down on me, almost hoping I wouldn't have the money to get my car out. Christina, other staff members and the mahanic was as always extremely nice. My father is white, and my mother's black. I don't see color I see actions, and how a person treats me. I paid 1,886.22 in repairs to be treated so badly. He has no customer service skills, and makes you feel like you ought to be happy we are fixing your car. He told me he didn't care if I wrote a review or called the owner. This review has nothing to do with the other employees, or Christina, nor the owner. From where I was observing, he acted like it wasn't his business and he didn't care how a customer was treated. I gave a one star review because of how I was treated as a customer by Mason after spending money at this business, not how the other employees, or owner treated me as a customer. I would not bring my car here for anything more than an oil change. I brought my Mini Cooper in because it was shaking at idle. They diagnosed and charged me $500 for a solenoid replacement, however when I went to pick my car up it was not fixed and still shaking at idle, I immediately drove it right back and pointed that out. So they then diagnosed that I needed a timing chain replacement ranging from $6,700 to $10k, I decided to get a second opinion. My brother has a Bimmer code scanner, figured out I needed at $30 part called a Mini Fuel Tank Breather Valve, he installed that and my car no longer shakes at idle! Everything is now working perfectly fine. Had I gotten the timing belt changed at Meineke I would have been out $6,700 to $10k and the problem STILL not solved. All I needed was a $30 dollar part. I lost $500 on the unnecessary solenoid replacement most likely but at least not significantly more for a timing belt change. The Meineke I went to is located at 4719 E 11th St, I would take your car somewhere else, they are either incompetent or thought they could rip off a girl with no knowledge of mechanics, luckily I have a brother who is much more knowledgeable and in a super short amount of time got the job done.

I took a partner claim to them. The people were nice and the service was fine. However, I had to call multiple times for updates. I never received updates via text. Also, the entrance concrete is weird. I twisted my ankle trying to leave and fell on the concrete. This should be looked at as it could cause injury.

Carson provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. She made me feel like a valued friend or even family member the entire time I was there. She took the time to go over everything in detail and went above and beyond to ensure I understood my service. Compared to other places I’ve been, like Jiffy Lube and Take 5, the difference was night and day. The environment at 11th Street Meineke feels welcoming and comfortable—almost like you never left home. Very satisfied with the results from this shop. The ladies up front were very transparent and never had a problem with me checking in on my car. They dealt with the warranty holder themselves, as well as once they were approved to move forward had a new engine ordered and delivered within three days then the mechanics did their job and knocked it out at another three days. I was driving it off the lot within six days of a whole being burnt into my piston. These guys do great work and they run a very efficient a business. When I asked for any kind of update, they would get back to me promptly and even sent me pictures of the process

I have exclusively brought my car here for repairs. Things have changed since Carson has left. The woman up at the desk and supervisor Aaron are not up front with Meineke repair pricing. And they do not respect your time. My bill was nearly $500 more than I was quoted at my last service date. I have never had "shop fees" added to my bill after a quote before the personell change.I am actively looking for an honest repair shop. Update: Google Maps will not let me post anymore reviews for this Meineke location. So I am editing this one. I am attaching a picture of what the underside of my car looks like after the Meineke near 11th and Yale replaced my oil pan and brakes. Someone forgot a few bolts...
