I would highly recommend this store. I stopped (from out of state) by asking to borrow some cables to boost my van off. Not did they let me borrow them, the manager took his time and came to boost me off. He made sure it was running well for my travel back to Georgia. They are so helpful and very nice. I highly recommend them.

This is the first time that I've gone to this particular AutoZone and I was a little bit disturbed by the fact that the people that work there were very inattentive. I got what I needed but there were no options. I was also a bit surprised that there was like no conversation about anything. Seems a little unusual for business that typically talks to its customers. Maybe I just hit a off night.

They need a seating area so you can wait for the register they need someone checking people out while the other ones are helping them search for parts they get the system messed up here I've waited 30 minutes to check out this is stupid I've seen multiple people leave because they're waiting too long

I've been here 10+ minutes there are 3 people on the floor and no one on the counter. The one guy who was counting change left me to help someone else. I work customer service and this is out of line. I did finally get some help apparently after his co worker got out of the restroom..

UPDATED: The manager from this location reached out to me and handled the situation with kindness and understanding. I was assured that this issue would be dealt with properly. This was my previous review that I rated the store 1 star. I stopped in today to buy a brakelight for my car and left without purchasing what I needed. I witnessed an interaction that left me speechless. A young woman and her baby were at the counter and although I typically mind my own business, I could not help but overhear the vile words spewing from the associates mouth to this precious human who simply needed help. What I overheard was the associate barking at the customer (not verbatim, but as close as I remember)"Well did you even bring the headlight in?" I could not hear the reply from the customer, then came more hateful looks and even more hateful words when the associate asked "Do you even speak English? Well neither do I." She then turned her back on the customer and walked away from her. Instead of showing the slightest bit of human decency by possibly asking a spanish-speaking coworker to help in translating, or even something as accessible as Google translate (I know it's not 100% accurate, but it would show some decency to try) she made the choice to hose a fellow human being down in her toxic slime. I felt at a loss of what to do since I do not speak Spanish and the customer had already walked out. I simply returned my item back to its place on the hook and walked out of the store.

After calling several times and coming in person, most people would probably be pretty impatient by the time the whole issue was solved- but not this guy. Never had a problem with this location. This is the main hub. I believe so. If you need something another store doesn't have it. Usually this one does today. I was going to pick up some valve. Cover gaskets for my vehicle when when I got there. They didn't have them in stock, even though it still said online that they did. So I didn't enjoy that, but the lady was really nice. And let me know that they can ship them to me.
