Very poor customer service. They wouldn't even wait to close a few minutes so that I could get my vehicle back from them on a long weekend, so I have to wait until Tuesday to get my vehicle. I will never use this shop again to get repairs done on my vehicle. In response to your response, I don't know where you are getting your information from, however, your response is completely false. I specifically asked for 10-15 minutes (not the hour you are claiming) and you hadn't even begun the work two days before so how in the world did you complete the repairs two days before--that is a neat trick. Even if you had you did not inform me of the vehicle completion until Thursday. I returned the rental on Friday morning to Enterprise. In any event, it really does not matter anymore to me. You can lie on this review all you want if potential customers choose to believe you then it's on them. As far as I'm concerned if I am not worth 10-15 minutes of a businesses time that is making more than $1,100 off of me than I don't think that is a business I need to give business to in the future. Then replying to my post by calling me a liar is definitely not the way to retain my business.

Unfortunately I have had to have repairs done due to a collision and because a tire on the hwy hit one of my vehicles but I'm so glad I chose Meisners because not only is their staff a pleasure to work with but their work is impeccable and the whole process was a smooth one on both occasions. I highly recommend this business and thank you for your service. Praying I do it need it under these circumstances again but should I you will definitely be my auto shop of choice. 😊

Friendly, professional service. They did a wonderful job fixing the extensive damage to my vehicle. They even went the extra mile and fixed a small dent I had on the other side from the first teenager that hit me that month at no charge. Hope I don't have to visit in the future but they would be my first choice. Thanks to Meisners again.

I've had two vehicles taken in and each one suffered related repair issues. It happens, I get it. Today was different. My radiator replacement was leaking from month one and the man that looked at it didn't know that coolant can leak and leave residue. Swore it was dirt, bright green florescent dirt in a spray pattern..... Insisted that coolant could not evaporate even given evidence of residue around the reservoir tank cover and other items. I don't know if he thought he could gaslight me or he was just really that clueless. USAA will be notified, as they were the authorized repair shop. I cleaned the entire engine bay where the spray occurred and monitored for three weeks and only brought it to their attention after the stealership noted it twice with half way decent video evidence. It's a leak, I don't mind fixing it or the cost if it's not the body shop's problem. I might have even paid them to do it. What I mind is dirty body shops that act like I'm stupid. Next time have your mechanic check the vehicle and not your bodywork man. It'll save you MORE money in the long run because clearly he wasn't a mechanic.

I was in my first accident recently and they made the process absolutely painless. They answered every single question I had and they made me feel like my worries and questions were completely valid! My car is my baby and I was worried that she was going to be gone for two weeks and they even had to keep her for a few extra days to complete repairs. When I got my car back she looked brand new and she runs beautifully! You’d never know that car was in an accident! I would recommend them to anyone. I’m 100% pleased with the work they did. They are an amazing company!

I was in an accident twice in two years, Meisner was one of the car service place that my insurance recommended for me to take my car, the first year of my accident they did such a great job on my car so much that when second accident happened I told my insurance company that I would like to go there again, and boy oh boy! did they do a even better job this time. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect. Dean kept me posted with photos and explanations as to the status of my car. At first the thought was my car could be repaired in 1 week, however, once the bumper was pulled and the damage was more extent than originally thought it actually took 3 weeks. But after reviewing the photos it was evident why. My car which is less than 1 yr old looks like I just drove it off the show room. FANTASTIC job. I would recommend Meisner to anyone. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. Job well done!

I've had two different trucks repaired at Meisner, one ten years ago, one this week. They do great body work. And they are efficient. The parking situation, however, is awful. I was worried about more damage in the Meisner lot. Make sure you get the work they promise to do in writing. If they say they will perform a specific service on your car as part of the repair, make sure to ask for it in writing or see that it's part of the estimate. Please don't assume they will remember. They can be forgetful, as anyone in the automotive industry.

I just moved to Lakeland, on my drive down a deer ran out and smash my front end. I called looking for answers and help since I’m new to the area. The lady who answered was rude and rushed me off the phone not wanting to offer any assistance- just “drop it off” no thank you. There are plenty of places willing to answer questions before drop off.

I'm soo happy with my experience with Meisner. Brought my car here for repairs to hood and bumper. When we picked up the car, there was an issue with all dash lights on. I brought the car back the next day, yesterday, and they got me in a rental. I got to work and received a call that my car was ready. I told them I couldn't leave work early, as I had already arrived late, so they had Willie bring my car all the way to South Lakeland to my work and he picked up the rental and brought it back for me. I had gotten into a car accident and my bumper was completely torn including my steering wheel and my insurance recommended me this company for my bumper repair, I checked out the reviews and photos and honestly they looked legit so I decided to go with them, Turned in my car and left it in their hands. Two weeks go by and my car bumper and steering wheel looks brand new as if it came out of the dealership lot. I definitely recommend them for anyone with their great customer service, the gentleman that fixed up my car is named Jason, and I’m grateful for them.

Had a great experience here, they listened to all my concerns, handled everything with the insurance, got me in and out and the work is flawless (dent and scratch repair, replaced plastics and reflector, refurbished wheel, replaced tire and re-painted repaired areas with matte paint flawlessly). I went back to get my tire re-balanced as the weight fell off and again received in and out quality service. Staff is kind and considerate, highly recommend!

Just got my truck back today. This is the 2nd time they’ve fixed my truck. (target on my backside as this first time was in’23) They did such a great job the 1st time, I couldn’t justify taking my truck anywhere else. Super happy with the job they do.
