The customer service here is outstanding. I received numerous of updates on my vehicle repair. It was easy to contact the owner when I needed to and if I left a message I always received a call back. The repairs on my vehicle were as if they were never there. The paint job was dealership quality, no bubbles or run on paint or clear coat. I recommend Metro to whom ever needs professional repairs done to their vehicle in a timely manor without the putting a hole in your pockets. Special thanks to Dom and Metro Auto Body!

I brought in my 2018 f150 after getting into a collision where my back right quarter paneled was damaged. Dominick took a look, quoted an extremely fair price, and gave a date as to when it will be done. When I came to pick up my truck a few days later, the truck overall looked better than when I bought it, and the quarter panel looked phenomenal. The level of professionalism, and quality of work at this shop is way better than any other shop I have ever dealt with. I will be coming here again, whenever I need work done on my vehicles.

There is no one else I would trust with my car. Dom is very efficient and had my car back to me in a very timely fashion. Metro has been my go- to for towing and autobody for the last 15 years that I’ve been driving. In fact, my parents have been using Dom & Rita since the early 90’s. This review is 4 days late due to many failed login attempts ~ but babbyyyyy I made sure to get here to give a review. Such a nice, humbled and accommodating family (the owners) My vehicle sat here for almost a week and a half after an honest mistake on my behalf. I finally was able to get it out. Cara went above and beyond to have her husband John help us out. First of all they came in on their day off with their beautiful children to help me and my son. The process was easy and we didn’t have to wait long ( no more than 10 minutes ) They helped us to the max, I’ll just say that. Cara & John YOU ROCK ! You are such an excellent example of decent human beings. From the first phone call all the way up until we drove away ~ I truly appreciate you both. Your kindness when you didn’t even have to, speaks volumes of you, and your business! I don’t know these people at all so please believe this is a 100% HONEST review ! Unfortunately this company came recommended but that person ain’t know how bad it got over there bc how I needed a tow 2 times n these ppl could not help me once!? How is y’all in Hartford (THE CAPITAL OF CT) but only have ONE DAMN TOW OPERATOR N I SWEAR THIS NINJA THE DAMN OFFICE LADY 2 bc ain’t no way. I needed help twice n was told they only got 1 person working n was busy. Nope. Don’t spend y’all’s money here ✌️

Dominick always does fabulous work, and this time was just as fabulous as always. My BMW was hit from behind and had back-end damage. Dominick knows that my BMW is precious to me. He did meticulous and timely work. He worked with the Insurance company, I never had to deal with a thing, he took care of it all, I got my rental car and when done with my car, i just picked it up. if you ever need body work done on your car, I highly recommend Dominick and Metro Auto Body.

Had my car towed to Cromwell, CT. Tow driver was incredibly rude and apparently is the secretary and manager as well? He was swearing and complaining while unloading my vehicle which I heard on my home security camera and had the nerve to text my phone number asking for a google review- here it is! He did not even wait for me to be there to drop my vehicle off. Seems like this company is being run by one person- very odd. Will not use again.

Guy on the phone was nasty to me and has ZERO customer service. I had taken an uber there THREE times during business hours on 3 different days 10:15-am, 1 and 1:45pm and NO ONE was in the office- DOOR LOCKED! I call and the same man picks up and says he’s on the road and I need to come back an another time! Is there no office staff? The same driver who towed my car shows up on the fourth day and unlocks the door, tells me cash only and is apparently the secretary as well because he answered about 3 phone calls before aggravatingly taking care of me. Awful experience 10/10 do not recommend.

I don't have little accidents often but, when I do, I make sure to take out both doors and the rocker panel!
