I’m very disappointed with my experience. After spending $2,000 on repairs for my 2013 Passat—about half the car’s value—my check engine light came on again after less than 200 miles. The new repair was estimated at over $1,000. There was no guidance from MG on whether these repairs were worth the investment. To make matters worse, I was charged for another diagnostic, even though the issue should have been caught in the original one just a month ago. After some discussion, they refused to waive the fee but did charge me half the diagnostic fee. Overall, I expected better service and transparency.

I had a pleasant experience at MG Enterprises. They diagnosed and serviced my vehicle expeditiously. They were also transparent about their findings and provided a whole report of what needed to be done. However, I had work done on my emissions and a battery replaced, but wasn’t informed that I would have to drive the vehicle for 100 miles before getting an inspection sticker. This caused my vehicle to fail inspection. Overall, it was a good experience and I will certainly utilize this establishment again for my maintenance needs.

MG was able to eliminate a brake noise that i have been chasing since I bought my car 5 years ago. Multiple mechanics tried & failed but MG put in the old school time & effort that todays mechanics cant be bothered with & succeeded! I feel like I can be proud of my car again. Have had nothing but good experiences at MG since my wife and I started bringing our cars there. Last time I was in for an oil change and rotation, they let me know that there were some things coming up that would need to be done to keep my 2014 Pathfinder in good shape if I was planning on keeping it. When they let me know, there was no pressure to do any of it, they just gave me detailed estimates of what needed to be done. I had all the service done recently in one shot, and my car drives like it's brand new! I am super happy! I was also expecting to have my car in the shop for more than a few days, but, it was done on the second day! I was able to use one of their loaners so I could get to work which really makes things easy! Again, super happy with service done, everyone there is great to work with, they stay in touch via phone and texts so you aren't wondering what's going on. Again, a great experience, and we will keep bringing them our business as we need to. Thank You MG!

I went to MG based on great reviews and I can see why people love it here. My new drag wheels came in for my C6 ZO6 and I watched as Mike the owner balanced and mounted each tire/wheel. He took amazing care of each wheel and ensured each bolt was the exact torque spec it needed to be on the bead lock. He even used black weights when balancing to match the color of each wheel. Mike took his time making sure everything was perfect and still gave me an amazing price. Will go back again. Strongly recommend.
