If possible stay away from these people. They will charge you for mandatory options such as LoJack, etching, paint protection, recondition fees and the dealer fees. For new car cars I can understand the LoJack,etching etc but the used car already had items installed with the prior owner so they came with the car. They claim to add the paint protection and interior but they are not willing to give you any proof. They nickel and dime you. The “add ons” were roughly 3k and roughly 1.9k in fees. Then they tell you oh only special certified mechanics from Chevy can work on your car and have it covered under warranty.

I bought a a used 2016 corolla from Miami Lakes one year ago. I was told by the finance man Lance and a salesman named Jody that the car had been fully inspected. Both of these men were also extremely rude during the process. Upon driving the car off the lot the ac stopped working. I soon noticed that one of the locks on the doors was also not working. After bringing the car back in immediately I was dismissed and told “it would be fixed eventually, and that I should not worry” and that I would have to bring the car back in. This was a major inconvenience to me, as it took me close to an hour to get to the dealership from my house. I ended up having to bring the car back in 4 times before they fixed the issue. This cost me a lot of gas, time, and stress. Each time I brought the car in they would not fix the issue. They also refused to answer the phone during this process. It was not until an employee named Al assisted me that my car was properly fixed. Then, months later I took the car to get an oil change and was told the car had serious issues and needed $4,000 worth of work. I got the work done, a few months later the car was taken in again and needed an additional $5,000 worth of work. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. Avoid Jody and Lance as well, they are very sleazy salesmen. Go to another dealership if you can!!!
