★★★☆☆ I had them repair a turbo and got it back very quickly but i did not receive any gasket to reinstall. I have literally called them 25 times to ask about the gaskets and no one has answered. I have left numerous messages and haven't heard from them. I don't understand this customer service people talk about. ***UPDATE*** As soon as they got back into there office, they called me and explained the situation. Covid closed them down temporarily. I immediately expessed my gratitude for the call back and apologized for the review. I explained that it would have been much easier to leave the message on the phone, so as to allow people calling to know right away! Either way they corrected the issue and I would be happy to use them again in the future.
