I came in to get an oil change and the system was not coming up, among other things that had gone wrong that morning, he told me to come back at a certain time and he would get me in as soon as I arrived. I had my front end replaced here and was told it came with a lifetime warranty, only to later find out that wasn’t true. About three years ago they also replaced my thermostat, and ever since then I’ve had a small water leak into my truck. It wasn’t a huge issue at first since I had floor liners and it only happened during heavy downpours, so I mostly forgot about it. However, this morning I woke up to a dead battery and a shorted-out radio caused by the leak, which has reignited my frustration. On top of that, when they worked on my truck, they broke my seat mechanism—now it has to be forcefully reclined while holding the handle. I let it slide at the time since I rarely adjust my seat, but combined with everything else, I’m very dissatisfied with their work.

Back in June, I had new brakes installed on my car. Fast forward to September, and they started making an unexpected noise. I returned to the shop where the original work was done. Instead of dismissing my concerns, they took the time to perform a test drive and thoroughly check the brakes. To my relief, they acknowledged that something was indeed wrong. They could have easily pushed me out the door, but instead, they prioritized my safety and satisfaction. They informed me that they had already ordered new brakes and assured me that they would take care of everything once the parts arrived. This level of honesty and dedication to customer service is truly outstanding. I am grateful for their proactive approach and commitment to doing the right thing. So they tell me my car is ready, I pay them and do a 5 star review only to find out my car isn't fixed after I paid. 3 days later it's more broken than before and they can't even explain the problem. They dont know. Poor customer service, car splaining , and scammed period.

I want to take a moment to shout out John at the Midas Leeman Ferry location. He gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. He was professional, kind, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. For context, I’ve been using Midas for years for my oil changes, but recently I’ve had nothing but issues at other locations. The University Drive location has turned me away multiple times, saying they were low on staff or booked. The last time, there were two employees standing around vaping while cars sat jacked up — yet I was told they couldn’t take me. The Winchester location gave me the same excuse about being booked. What stood out to me about John and his team is that even though they had the least amount of employees compared to the other locations, he still found a way to work me into his schedule. That says everything about his work ethic and his commitment to customers. He and his staff were clearly working hard, unlike what I experienced at the other shops. John absolutely deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise. He’s a true example of what good customer service looks like, and because of him, I’ll continue to bring my business to Midas.

Went the first time for an appointment for an oil change, and was told that the store's computers were down, and that I was just out of luck. Not sure why someone couldn't have called to communicate that to customers who had appointments. Even better-when I rescheduled for the following week, received a text CONFIRMING the appointment, I go to the store, and it's closed, with a note on the door saying they were closed. So, how do I get a text confirming the appointment at a store that is closed? Ridiculous. Altogether, spent over 2 plus hours during 2 business days. Can't recommend.

This store seems to have great reviews so maybe my situation was a fluke. But I tried to book online for just an oil change. Once I filled out all my information I was told that a service member would confirm an appointment time for me within 30 minutes. I never received that. But it seemed that the day I wanted service had a lot of availability for appointment times so I figured I'd just swing by to see if I could finish booking, leave the car while I go to work, then pick up whenever they can get to it. Got to the store at 8:00AM and despite their hours being listed as 8AM-6PM the shop was closed. I waited for about 15 minutes. No one ever came to open the shop. Drove over to the Midas on Univeristy and they got me in and out within 30 minutes.
