My car was serviced here for the brakes. Tom was friendly. I was given two advices. Issue that needs immediate attention and issue that can be fixed for long term care. I took the option of immediate attention. The brake pads were replaced for free as I had the brake pads from them before because they honor the lifetime warranty on their brake pads.

Matt and James were both wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough! They were super accommodating when I had to schedule my oil change last minute for the next morning and even gave me a complementary shuttle to work. They found a leak in my tire and were able to replace it that same day all at an affordable price. They kept me updated the whole way through texts and calls and were super quick and efficient. 10/10 experience all around!

Service was always done within more than a reasonable amount of time. The staff always send updates on the progress of the repair. I recently went in for a diagnosis on a check engine light and the staff didn’t charge me for the diagnosis fee due to the nature of the repair. Always helpful and willing to work with you.

I used to recommend this shop, but now I can no longer. I took my car in for a loud noise in the exhaust. They quoted a new converter and exhaust pipes as the said it was totally rusted out and not repairable. The total quote was over $1,900, I took the car to another local shop. They examined the system and found that it only needed a couple of clamps and a short piece of pipe, Their repair cost less then $200, and the car sounds great. I'll never return again.

Had my A/C serviced. Matt confirmed they were able to complete the service, provided the cost and time needed to complete. I was sent a text communication of an inspection completed on my vehicle prior to the start of service, that included pictures of the body of my vehicle as well as tire tread and brake condition. When service was completed I received a text as well as a courtesy call from Matt. Exceptional customer service.

if i could give this place 10 stars i would. they are the nicest people ever! the mechanics are wonderful and so so sweet. i had a small issue with my car and they fixed it within a few minutes. They even offered to look at my car with no appointment. whether it’s when i need an oil change or there is something wrong with my car im going straight to midas! i don’t have a single bad thing to say!

Was in route to Chicago for work when my vehicle popped for low tire light. Too low to drive safely for 2.5hrs so I stopped in to get it repaired. I was short for time, and there are lots of shops nearby. Although they didn’t open until 7. The employee let me in early and got his guys on it as soon as they clocked in. Clearly they had other cars scheduled but they understood my urgency and made it work anything. Glad to see there are shops that still care.

THEY DID NOT PUT OIL BACK IN MY ENGINE ON A OIL CHANGE!! Got about a half a block away when my engine seized up. Cylinder wall were scorched so bad the motor had to be replaced. A motor I took good care of! They replaced my motor with a problematic motor that someone had alread torn into the top end and the bottom end. Shortly after getting it back the motor locked up in Florida and I had to relpace all the rod barrings. Most of the fuel injectors were broken as well. I havent been back to there shop in years and never will!!!

We have had a lot go wrong with our car in the last year and since my husband and I are both disabled this has been stressful. We were initially introduced to the guys at midas when we had to have our car towed somewhere and the tow truck guy told us about midas. The staff made us feel comfortable which went a long way with our anxiety. They looked at the car and told and showed us what the problem was and how much it would be to fix(over $400). We get paid around the first of the month and by mid month we are broke. They were nice enough to tell us about a midas credit card that we could try and get standing right there. We didn't want to get a new credit card but we have to have a car. My husband was approved for enough to fix the car. The guys there have never failed to help us and not make us feel like we have paid too much.

I schedule all of my oil changes at Midas. All of the staff are professional and courteous and I never feel pressured to complete recommended repairs or replacements. Scheduling is easy online and you are kept up to speed on the process and inspection details. Even on busy days, I was struck by how friendly each caller was treated, and there were several callers while I was there waiting for my car. I would recommend Midas to anyone for oil change, tires, brakes, etc.

came in for an oil change and tire rotation because they had a deal going online, they stripped my wheel bearing when rotating my tires and then forced us into an over $300 repair to replace the entire wheel hub, unfortunately everywhere else was quoting me significantly more so i had to let them fix it. i feel that as their error they should’ve only charged for labor at most, even other mechanics i’ve seen after have asked me why i paid them to fix something they broke. they were incredibly aggressive on the phone to get me to fix an oil leak, because they knew it was my girlfriend’s car that since she was working I was having a hard time getting ahold of her to approve repair costs. they tried to strong arm me out of $900 in total but we refused to let them touch anything other than fixing what they broke. I regret ever going here for a tire rotation; a few months later I had to take my car in again, to a different shop, for all new calipers and brake pads, issues that I can only assume are a result of this poor work (they were only a little over a year old brakes) and they fixed that, the oil leak, and gave me brand new tires that wore from where the bearing issue and new hub was, for only a couple hundred more than Midas was going to charge me for an oil change, rotation, and wheel hub replacement from the bearing they stripped. Not worth it and they end up becoming expensive quick

I've been taking my car to Midas for the past year or so, and I've only had positive experiences. I appreciate that the staff always takes the time to explain to me what repairs are matters of safety, and which ones we can circle back to later. Because of that honesty, I never feel pressured into making unnecessary repairs. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, that is really helpful to me, because I am able to make better-informed decisions and I leave knowing that I'm not being taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend servicing your vehicles here!

I went in with a bad tire, they recommended changing both back ones and less than a week later one of the ones changed is no good. When I went back up there they completely ignored the fact that the tire was low and kept talking about a sensor. The sensors had nothing to do with a “new” tire losing air a week later.
