Avoid This Place If You Value Your Car or Your Money I’ve never experienced a more disorganized and frustrating auto shop than Midas on Boston Road in Springfield. Over the course of FIVE visits for something as simple as an oil change and a headlight replacement (which was supposed to be covered under their 12,000-mile warranty), I was given conflicting information by different staff members every single time. One day, I’m told my headlight is covered and shown proof of it on their system. The next day, a new employee tells me I’m not covered at all. They clearly don’t follow their own warranty policies and constantly overbook appointments. After agreeing to return the next morning due to a shortage of mechanics (which I was understanding about), I was met with a completely different story. It’s exhausting, especially when you’re trying to fix your own car and are the one paying for everything. It honestly feels like they think customers are made of money. Empty promises, zero accountability, and no respect for your time or wallet. If you care about your vehicle or your budget, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. This place is a mess.

New manager is terrible. I had my car oil changed just yesterday no coupon used what’s so ever and they charged me $90 my dad has the same vehicle make and model( same synthetic ) and they tried to charge him $112.00 and when I called the other Midas Located at enfield ct their willing to change his oil for the $90. I also got canceled on Saturday when I made an appointment to have my oil changed last minute not once but twice!! Please go where your money and time is valued!!!!

Great customer service. Never had to come back after for the same problem twice, never broke down after my car getting serviced. Been coming here for 3 plus years since owning a 2017 ford Taurus sho. I'm a firm believer u pay what u get. I'll never go anywhere else except Midas when it comes to my vehicle needs. From the manager to the workers whole team is great, as soon u walk in door someone always waiting to greet u n help u, they even helped me save money. As long I have a vehicle Midas is my go to shop.

I wish there were more stars to give this Midas! I had an oil change today at Jiffylube on Boston Road in Springfield. They told me I needed $747 in brake services. I wanted a second opinion so went to Midas. One brake was making some noise so I was a bit worried. Cory at Midas put my mind at ease with incredible service and integrity. Instead of charging me for services I don't need, his team inspected my car, told me why there was noise and that I didn't need anything done. He printed out the CarFax with everything I've had done for the past 9 years too. He could have told me I needed four new rotors and I would have believed him. There are so many places you can go to fix your car but few ways to vet their honesty - use my experience as one.

I found the explanations for best solution, the actual service, and the price to be really good. My car’s app and their opinion were very similar. I had a nail in one tire but also realized my tires were right at minimum tread and got a great deal on four with a lifetime limited guarantee. I also got a gift card on my oil change. Lobby was clean and welcoming, has a bathroom, and is not cramped. Jason explained everything to me clearly and did not pressure me for any specific service, but let me weigh the choices and make the decision. I will be using Midas again, I am sure.

This shop is wonderful! They are extremely timely and thorough with all repairs, and they are very accommodating and understanding of my driving needs. The prices for service were fair and exactly what I anticipated. They're also very friendly and personable, and their shop is clean and cozy for waiting. I searched for a long time for a good mechanic in the Springfield area, and the Boston Road Midas has been the best I've visited. I'll be going back for all of my repairs and maintenance.
