We appreciate the great customer service! The gentleman up front was very kind and helpful. We went up the street needing 1 tire swapped and put on so we could continue our trip home to Florida, and was told if we didn’t have an appointment they couldn’t get to us til tomorrow… So I took myself over to Midas and even though these guys were clearly quite busy they were still polite and offered to squeeze me in. They had a new tire put on and us on our way in no time. I am so grateful they were so nice wonderful! Thank you!

They shared upfront the cost of the oil change due to the required type of oil. I mentioned that it has never been that high in the past. I was shown the requirement on the computer screen. After I left they took the initiative to put my vin number in the system and found the oil required was not the expensive one. He was polite enough to call us back and share the information. When picking up my vehicle I showed the coupon I had online for $15 off the cost. I was told they normally require them on paper bc they send them in for reimbursement. He was kind enough to put a code in to give me the discount still. This is truly excellent customer service! I will continue to use this Midas shop for my oil changes!!

Very satisfied with the whole experience. The front desk guy named Jimmy was helpful with explaining all my questions and very quick to help me when I walked in this morning. Ethan my technician did a great job at fixing my breaks and also saved me from getting a ticket by noticing my license plate lights were out. Great team here will be going back for future work

I'm new to this area the Midas store on Holland Sylvania Rd really had me wowed! I've traveled most of my life and had many cars and trucks and I felt they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and address all of my needs with driver safety and budget in mind.
