This is the ONLY place I trust with my truck. The techs actually know their shit and never try to upsell me on crap I don’t need. Noah runs the shop right—fair prices, honest about what’s going on, and always makes sure the job gets done right. No games, no BS, just a solid shop that gets it done. Had a really good experience, Noah, great. Was really busy, I was there from. 8-9, some appointments some just walk ins, it seemed like a well oiled machine, and I love the hours, 8-6, workers can have lives, and it seems less greedy. Not sure if I read the sign right, but do the employees own a share, or something like that? Anyway, very positive, I'd recommend and go back myself.

Noah had assisted me with my visit. I had called to get a wheel alignment done for my car. Generally I would do my own car work but my alignment was unbelievably off and figured it was out of my scope. I had called around for quotes from shops that answered around the area and got the lowest quote from Midas for the work I needed. I spoke with Noah and he was very friendly and answered any questions I had. As the work was getting done, he provided me with updates as well as any issues that was causing the work to take longer than usual. I was also provided with a run down, showing anything they found through a courtesy check that indicated things that were in good shape as well as things I may want to look at down the line. Being that I work on my own car, I did not see anything that seemed off in the courtesy check as most of it was already on my agenda. They were also able to do the work at the estimate the provided me even though they had run into issues (which I know some shops do up charge due to hourly labor cost). My alignment is all set and feels a lot better before the alignment had issues.

I came in about a week ago with a serpentine belt issue as well as a leak in my emissions system. Dave, the service manager did a great job helping me out with excellent service and thorough work. The technician, Brian, worked masterfully on my Honda and Noah worked smoothly on the customer side. After diagnosis and repair of the exhaust pipe as well as realignment of the belt, I was able to safely drive over 150 miles with no issue. I would definitely go back to get my car all that it needs.

I went to Midas for my BMW car inspection, and I was shocked to be charged $79.99 to replace one single windshield wiper. I was told they would replace the broken wiper with the same BWM's authentic windowshield wiper, and they said they new wiper is different from the regular ones from Amazon or other stores. However, instead a regular, cheaper Bosch wiper was installed, which is obviously different from true BMW's wiper. They lied me that they will replace the old wiper wiper with a same BMW wiper. I later confirmed that this Bosch wiper typically sells for around $29.99. The replaced Wiper is absolutely not the BMW's original wiper. These two wipers (front left and right) are different. I also checked with other auto service stores, and none of them charge anywhere near $79.99 for one single windshield wiper replacement. David said it wouldn't cost so high, but Noah strongly insisted it was 79.99 dollars for one single wiper. I argued with them how come that the one wiper replacement is 79.99 dollars. They said, cuz my car is BMW car, so that the charge is high, but the reality is that you didn't install a new BMW wiper to my car. Even my car dealership told me they would charge $50 for an original, premium BMW wiper. David was initially taking my service all the way, but Noah jumped in for the charges suddenly. Why David left and Noah cut in when we need to talk about the wiper price? I was fully confused at that time, but I woke up after I checked the new wiper back home. There must be something more than that at that time This pricing feels excessive and misleading. I regret choosing Midas for this service, and this experience has completely undermined my trust. Unfortunately, I will not be returning for future service, and I believe this kind of practice will cost you customers. The service was initially good, but situation got worse when they started dealing with the wiper charge with me. I was speechless at that moment. Their work is generation efficient, but why they are so money-hungry? They have many customers visiting, so they shouldn't be in shortage of pay. If you need replacement of any parts in their store, I suggest you be careful with the overpriced charges
